Hi Jodi. As our staff previously indicated, you did not hire our installer to do any work for you. You only got a quote from him and hired someone else to do your job. We cannot be responsible for the poor workmanship or errors of independent contractors. There were no issues with the hardwood you purchased. Thus, we are not sure what you expect from us.
