Although I had contracted for a specific installation date, when cold weather hit and my oil tank ran dry they went over and above my expectations for service. They provided prompt, courteous and efficient service for the removal of the oil tank and old furnace, and installation of a new natural gas boiler, with little inconvenience to me. Their professionalism and commitment to provide exceptional service has given me peace of mind knowing that my newly installed heating system will provide many years of efficient energy saving comfort. I am a very satisfied customer. I have no hesitation contracting once again with Alex and 2012250 Ont. Inc. in the near future for the installation of an air conditioning unit in my home. I went to the home depot in order to find a solution to my concert balcony. I wanted a finished product that was easy to install and a bit warmer for my feet. The staff there was super helpful and found the correct easy to install flooring. I would definitely recommend this to a friend as they knew my skill level and gave me the tools I needed to complete the job.

The best contractors we had at our home. The removed the old furnace and A/C. Even had a 3rd party remove the old ones the same day, and not leave it for us to do. The installation was clearly defined and easy to understand. They even met my tough watchdog standards for taping and sealing seams. I would get this company again.....Brad....P.S. The company did a pretty good job installing since when there were problems, they promptly came back to fix things. The furnace product is good, but gas lines on outside of house do not look good. The government grant we applied for with the help of this company was a total botch since the grant company came to take all the data, but then went out of business after and we lost the potential grant.
