    Alex and Canada's Home Renovation Depot

    We found Canada's Home Renovations Depot at the Home Show. We were very pleased with the personal service and info we received from Alex. The installers did a great job. We bought a heat pump and tankless water heater. Heat pump is very quiet, and cools quickly. Both work great, and we've already made a referral. Thanks for everything!

    Alex and his Team Are Reliable, Professional and Fairly Priced

    I had a last minute emergency with a suspected gas leak and my gas was shut off. At first, I had contractors from Reliance come to check on the gas supply line and the connected appliances who were completely useless and trying to gouge me. I called Alex at 6pm and he was at my house by 8pm and assured me he could have this fixed within 24 hours. Alex, Marshen and Ben were all extremely professional, reliable and fixed my problem as promised. They were fairly priced and very communicative. I am very grateful to Alex and his team and would recommended 10/10 with no hesitation.

    Alex is hard to pin down and won't commit once he's made the sale

    Had leaking problems twice after the install. Alex came by himself once, then refused to come the second time for the same problem. I didn't care who came by to fixe the problem, only that it was done. I asked for his manager and Alex refused to connect me to him. I cannot fix the problem by myself and it constantly drips down over my front door. I also wanted to have the pipes covered but I wasn't offered this option at time of sale. Apparently they can't do this once installation is complete. Now I have ugly exposed, winding black pipes all over the front of my house! Otherwise the unit works well. I just didn't like having to work with Alex as he promises it all, then doesn't deliver.

    Ductless A/C and Heat Pump

    Alex was thorough and friendly from beginning to end of this project. We had several quotes and found Canadas Home Reno Depot to be the best value. The workers were efficient and didnt mind all of my questions. We still enjoy saying hello to Alex at the Home Shows and look forward to seeing him again.

    Exceptional customer service

    I first met Alex when he dropped by to quote and eventually install three Mitsubishi heating and cooling split units as well as a conventional central A/C unit. From the pricing to the stellar customer service, Ive been very pleased. In fact, three weeks ago one split unit didnt appear to be working optimally. I called another company that insisted the unit needed a $2,000 motor replacement, which was untrue. They also tried to sell me on installing a $7,000 unit. I called Alex and he arrived on a Saturday no less to troubleshoot the issue the unit simply hadnt been cleaned. It now works perfectly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

    Great sales service!

    I have used Canadas Home Renovation Depot many times over the years for Furnace Repair, a new Air Conditioner and AC repair. They are always on time, straightforward and fair. I would highly recommend them.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AC and Heating Expert, Fast & Reliable

    Very satisfied customer, if you are looking for honest, reliable and great service for heating and AC, Canada's Home Renovations Depot has installed a new AC units and replaced an older furnace, no issues and would definitely recommend and use them again.

    Boiler and ductless units

    They did our ductless units and also installed our boiler. Knowledgeable and professional technicians, and you you couldn't get a better rep than Alex. He is always available and is very helpful throughout the process. A Five Star team that I look forward to doing more business with!

    BEST SERVICE HVAC EXPERTS

    I've been a client of this company for 5 years now and my expectations continue to be exceeded! Most recently, I had a flood in the basement that caused the furnace and water heater to go out in one of my rental properties (on NYE no less in - 15 weather) and every single local company I called would not go out to service the problem. I couldn't really blame them as it was a holiday and late at night. However my tenants were stuck with a foot of water in the basement, no heat and no hot water (and I was out of town!). I called Alex and he so graciously made his way from Niagara Falls to help. He has always provided amazing service at a fair price and expertise but this just put him over the top. We had the furnace and water heater issues resolved quickly and properly. Alex and his techs are not only amazing professionals but also amazing individuals. They will do everything they can to help you, they are honest and do outstanding work. I highly recommend them. Thank you for all that you do!

    Deeply disappointed! Unit never worked and we have been chasing Alex for almost a year

    Unprofessional! We had 2 units installed in March - 1 of which did NOT work. Alex kept telling us that the air conditioning was "light" then we finally insisted that he come and see. He agreed it didn't work in Aug but didn't arrange to fix it. In Oct, we also told him that the unit didn't heat either. I've been chasing him to fix it for almost a year and he STILL has not done so. We are now going to have to sue him.
