    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Love dealing with this company. I found them a few years ago and since then use them all the time. Paul was very efficient and professional as usual. Highly recommended even though they are in high demand))

    Duct cleaning

    This was the second time that we have used Capps. Yet again we were very happy with the service, personnel and results. Paul was wonderful! He arrived right on time and did the job quickly and efficiently.

    Duct, Furnace and Dry Vent Cleaning--Great customer service

    I was very satisfied with Robert’s work and the staff at Capps Duct Cleaning. From the initial communication from head office to explaining the process to receiving email confirmation and to finally the on-site cleaning. It was clean, quick and efficient. Robert was very punctual, professional--wore a mask, sanitized his work, equipment and answered all my questions to the vents, dryer vent and the furnace. Will definitely use this company again.

    Duct and dryer cleaning

    Found this duct cleaning company on the internet. They had good reviews and were in my area. I called and they gave me a reasonable quote. I booked an appointment which turned out to be 3 weeks away which showed they were very busy. Paul, the tech, arrived 1/2 hour ahead of booked time and proceeded to clean my ducts. My husband went outside with Paul while he cleaned the dryer vent. He was surprised to see how much dust and lint came out of the vent. The bill was emailed and paid by e-transfer. I will use them again when I need my ducts cleaned again in approx. 3 years.

    Duct Cleaning

    From the moment I called Capps and spoke to Cynthia and received a quote till the day of the duct cleaning service, everything went smoothly! They explained the process and how they were going to clean the ducts and the costs. There were no hidden charges or fees. A reminder call was also given a few days prior. On the day of the cleaning, Paul was amazing, pleasant, thorough and professional. He explained the entire process, how long it would take and what he was doing. He also brought indoor shoes and wore a mask during the cleaning. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

    A very professional, hard working and pleasant gentleman came to our home to do duct cleaning. He was fast and efficient. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

    My first Duct Cleaning

    Their upfront quote was quick and clear. no extra vent charges & no suprises. Robert gave me a reminder call 2 days before which was nice. He arrived on time and throughly cleaned our duct leaving zero dust on the floor. I think their equipments are good and powerful which makes the work fast. It took about 1.5 hours. Since it is my first home and first time having my duct cleaned I can't compare the quality of work. He said our ducts were not so bad which relieved me. Thank you Robert for your clean job and hope to see you in few years!

    Dryer Vent Service

    Paul was awesome (4th time using Capps) He went above and beyond to recommend additional safety solutions. He even called a few days later to follow-up! I would recommend Capps to everyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    As a first time home owner, having no previous experience with duct cleaning, Capps made this very pleasant and informative experience. They were thorough with setting out their requirements ahead of time, provided clear protocols regarding safety during covid, were prompt, and cleanly. Overall, a very positive experience.
