    Great, friendly service

    We recently bought a house and wanted the ducts cleaned. On recommendation we called Paul. He was super friendly and personable. He shared his covid precautions and was very respectful. Our ducts now feel fresh and ready for winter! He was very tidy and no mess was left behind. He also gave us some advice on our furnace filters. Will use Paul again in the future and highly recommend.

    Duct cleaning

    Having done several renovations to our home we decided to have our ducts cleaned by Capps duct cleaning . I chose this company in particular after reading most of the reviews on this site. I was very impressed by the quality of work performed by Paul. Paul was very punctual and thorough with his work. He explained in details as to what the work entails. Most of all Paul is a true gentleman and has great respect for his clients. Paul comes well recommended by us and we will be using Capps duct cleaning as repeat customers.

    duct cleaning

    Had ducts cleaned on a 2 storey house plus basement. Questions were answered before the appointment and Paul explained how the ducts were cleaned. Happy with the service and you would be too.

    Duct cleaning services

    We have had Capps come in to our home for duct cleaning services twice now since we moved in. They are always courteous and professional and we are pleased with the results. I have recommended them to friends and coworkers.

    Ducts are Thoroughly Cleaned

    We were long overdue for a duct cleaning. It had been over 6 years and the last time we used a cheap Groupon company which was a mistake. When Paul saw how they supposedly cleaned the vents, he said there was no way. Well, he found some interesting things in our vents, which I thought was a joke at first but no! First, he checked to ensure all vents coming from the furnace were open properly, which they weren't. He explained how to check and set them. No one, not even our furnace company which comes every year, has ever explained that to me. We didn't have any noticeable issues, but he said this will make the furnace run more efficiently, and is necessary to clean properly. After that he went to work and was patient and thorough. He thought he might chip a little paint to get one of the grills off and let me know first, he was careful and didn't end up chipping, but that was thoughtful. One grill couldn't come off due to the trim around it, but he did his best to clean it and at least explained it to me unlike the Groupon company. I'm happy we went with Capps, thanks to the quality and care he took in his work. Recommend!

    Dryer Duct cleaning

    Cost includes hST. Service was great. They arrived on time. Courteous. Went the extra mile when they realized that the dryer wasn't connected properly due to a piece that had been improperly inserted. They did not charge me extra. They were recommended to me by a neighbour.

    Duct cleaning

    Amazing, reliable, professional and considerate. They brought indoor shoes to wear inside. The sanitized everything that came into our home to keep us safe from Covid 19. Employee wore a mask the entire time. Took extra caution to to scratch our walls and baseboards with any equipment. Would highly recommend!!

    Duct cleaning

    I recently had our house HVAC ducts cleaned by Capps Duct Cleaning. Paul was professional, pleasant, courteous, clean and definitely had the knowledge and experience. Will gladly use them again in the future. Totally satisfied and would highly recommend Capps Duct Cleaning.

    Duct Cleaning

    Our ducts were very long overdue for a cleaning. Capps was professional and did a fantastic job. We could feel the difference in the quality of our indoor air immediately. Would definitely use them again.
