Overall, I am very happy with the duct cleaning service. The supply and return ducts were cleaned thoroughly and carefully. Paul is very knowledgeable and really took the time to do the job right. It's also nice that he could clean both the ducts and furnace in the same appointment.

Well after being bitten last year by a fraudster duct cleaning company sourced through internet, I was very cautious and skeptical about hiring another company through the website. I gave them a chance and "They have restored my faith in believing that good and honest people still exists in Canada". I found both Robert and Paul extremely genuine and honest to the core. I was very impressed with their work and will recommend to anyone who is seeking a reasonably priced service with absolute dedication and honesty. Job well done!!

You can tell how professional they are from the moment you schedule the appointment. They arrived in time, very polite and friendly, took their shoes off, and took the time to explain in details the cleaning process. They taught us a lot related to the vents, furnace, ducts, and filters. They finished the job in time. They were very careful with the floors, and making sure nothing is damaged. Paul and Andrew arrived on a Friday evening and stayed late into the nite till the job was done, all 3 hours plus of it. The moment they were in the house, they thoughtfully removed their shoes. I was with them most of the time and learnt a great deal about the amount of dirt in my ducts (even though the previous owner told me had annual duct cleaning done), where my dampers were and so on. They were very honest, professional and enthusiastic. As Paul was cleaning my furnace, he took time to explain the furnace inner mechanisms. They even helped diagnose an air duct that had severe air flow problems, which was most likely a disconnected duct that would require a HVAC company to resolve. I will not only use them again, but will be recommending them to my close family and friends.

Paul was on time and did a thorough job cleaning the ducts and taping them back properly. Paul was very professional as well. I will definitely recommend CAPPS for duct cleaning services.

If you are looking at cheaping out on your duct cleaning, these are not the people to call. If you are interested in excellent customer service though and you want the job done right, call them. I did some shopping and although I could have maybe saved 30.00 with another company, I figured if people have actually taken teh time to write a nice review about a company, there must be something to it. Take your time, read the reviews of the other companies that get 1 or 2 stars out of 10, then make up your mind. My wife was having an allergic reaction to something in our new home. We called in Paul and his team and now her reactions have disappeared. If you are buying a new home, call these guys, if you are moving into and older homme, call these guys, you will not reret it.

Paul and Joe came by to clean the ducts on my new home. They were both courteous and professional at all times. It was a pleasure to work with someone who is truly an expert in his field. Paul took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. They took exceptional care while in my home and made sure that everything was clean and correct before leaving. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Paul was eager and his attitude was great. Think about it, no air from the top floor to the basement. Where do you start. Paul diagnosed the problem perfectly. Drilled in to the ceiling at the perfect place with very minimal damage and fixed the duct. The air flows again. It is rare that I meet someone so competent in their field. Any field. If you care about quality, Paul's your man.

Paul was at our home yesterday to clean the ducts in our entire house. He was punctual and pleasant (which made a great first impression). It only got better from there. He inspected the house to formulate his cleaning strategy and to ensure no damage was made. Paul arrived and had a look around then explained how duct cleaning worked and what he was going to do. He explained everything so well, we were both shocked as we did not expect this. He was very courteous, removing his shoes each time he entered the house and was always making sure nothing was in the way that could cause damage to the house. When the cleaning was done he showed us the difference in the pressure from the cold air returns and even took the time to clean the vent of dirt marks!
