Paul and Andrew did an exceptional work in cleaning our ducts. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate of their work. Paul explained the duct cleaning process, serviced our built-in hepa filter and improved air flow to the regular filter. Andrew used air pressure hose and vacuum for each vent on our first floor bungalo. Paul even did a follow up call the next day to ask if all was okay. The combination of excellent work, great customer service, passion and dedication to their work makes them exceptional.

I am an owner of an HVAC company and I wanted to get my own home ducts cleaned. I have been in the industry for 20 years and seen well over 1,000 homes with their ducts cleaned. I have never recommended any duct cleaning service to my customers. I am now very happy to recommend Capps to all my customers. We were very happy with the work that Paul and Andrew provided. Professional from start to finish. Was definitely a great experience as Paul took the time to describe not only their process but how our heating/cooling system functioned in general [which was great as we were first time homebuyers] -- he was more than willing to answer all questions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied. Both Paul and Andrew were very courteous and respectful -- We look forward to using "Capps" in the future. fyi - the approximate cost includes a filter and the applicable taxes.

Overall, I am very happy with the duct cleaning service. The supply and return ducts were cleaned thoroughly and carefully. Paul is very knowledgeable and really took the time to do the job right. It's also nice that he could clean both the ducts and furnace in the same appointment.

Well after being bitten last year by a fraudster duct cleaning company sourced through internet, I was very cautious and skeptical about hiring another company through the website. I gave them a chance and "They have restored my faith in believing that good and honest people still exists in Canada". I found both Robert and Paul extremely genuine and honest to the core. I was very impressed with their work and will recommend to anyone who is seeking a reasonably priced service with absolute dedication and honesty. Job well done!!

You can tell how professional they are from the moment you schedule the appointment. They arrived in time, very polite and friendly, took their shoes off, and took the time to explain in details the cleaning process. They taught us a lot related to the vents, furnace, ducts, and filters. They finished the job in time. They were very careful with the floors, and making sure nothing is damaged. Paul and Andrew arrived on a Friday evening and stayed late into the nite till the job was done, all 3 hours plus of it. The moment they were in the house, they thoughtfully removed their shoes. I was with them most of the time and learnt a great deal about the amount of dirt in my ducts (even though the previous owner told me had annual duct cleaning done), where my dampers were and so on. They were very honest, professional and enthusiastic. As Paul was cleaning my furnace, he took time to explain the furnace inner mechanisms. They even helped diagnose an air duct that had severe air flow problems, which was most likely a disconnected duct that would require a HVAC company to resolve. I will not only use them again, but will be recommending them to my close family and friends.

Paul was on time and did a thorough job cleaning the ducts and taping them back properly. Paul was very professional as well. I will definitely recommend CAPPS for duct cleaning services.

If you are looking at cheaping out on your duct cleaning, these are not the people to call. If you are interested in excellent customer service though and you want the job done right, call them. I did some shopping and although I could have maybe saved 30.00 with another company, I figured if people have actually taken teh time to write a nice review about a company, there must be something to it. Take your time, read the reviews of the other companies that get 1 or 2 stars out of 10, then make up your mind. My wife was having an allergic reaction to something in our new home. We called in Paul and his team and now her reactions have disappeared. If you are buying a new home, call these guys, if you are moving into and older homme, call these guys, you will not reret it.

Paul and Joe came by to clean the ducts on my new home. They were both courteous and professional at all times. It was a pleasure to work with someone who is truly an expert in his field. Paul took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. They took exceptional care while in my home and made sure that everything was clean and correct before leaving.
