    Window Renovation

    Every person I dealt with from Casa Bella was very professional. Their dedication to great customer service and doing excellent work was so evident. They did an outstanding job replacing seven 28 years old windows. Thank you for your excellent work and expert knowledge!

    Windows and doors replacement

    From the initial meeting for a quote, to the personalized thank you note signed by all the exceptional gentlemen working on our renovation, CASA BELLA windows was by far the best experience, most phenomenal quality and most informative, clean and respectful renovation process we've undergone!!!

    Window replacement

    Had 3 windows replaced. Extremely pleased with the work and the windows. Also replaced front door and back sliding doors a few years ago and love them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Window installation

    Had our windows installed last month and couldn't be happier with the product and service! Sales guy Dan and the installers led by Kyle provided superior customer service. Windows are beautiful, and we did not have to run the heat at all during the cold spring nights. Looking forward to lower utility bills, even with summer coming up! Highly recommended!

    Window replacement

    The sales representative Matthew Harant was very informative and forth coming. He had a clear understanding of the requirement and provided a clear and concise plan. His team delivered under a very tight timeline with an excellent quote.

    Window replacement

    In April 2016, I got 3 quotes for replacing my house windows on 2 floors a well as kitchen sliding doors and I chose Casa Bella. The sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly and was prepared to answer all my questions and put any concerns to rest. They have 3 choices of windows to choose from and I selected the middle option that open with cranks. The installers were professional and extremely tidy and respectful. I have already recommended them to a friend!

    Windows and Door Replacement

    We highly recommend using Casa Bella for your window and door needs. From our initial contact with German Rojas, our sales rep to Bill and his crew who did a tremendous job installing 26 windows, to Mike and his crew who installed our doors and large front overhead window. German was always just a call away when we had any questions and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied.

    Replacement windows and patio door

    We had our upstairs windows replaced last year and just finished having our downstairs windows and patio door replaced last week. From start to finish dealing with Casa Bella Windows was a pleasure. The sales rep Dan was patient and truly understanding when we kept asking for estimates for different styles of windows. The installers Billy, Donny, Andrew and Jeff are exceptional. They built a beautiful box trim for our main bathroom windows as they felt that the regular trim wouldn't look good as the windows are too close together. They also built a decorative trim and ledge for the fireplace window that looks great. We highly recommend Casa Bella Windows for their excellent customer service and products.

    Replacing old windows and doors

    Our windows and doors were made of wood and rotting, so needed replacement. However the interior trim of was quite unique and we wanted to preserve the look. After getting quotes from many other companies, we decided to go with Casa Bella, as they had the most competitive price and best reviews, and Ronnie, our sales guy, assured us that they could make the windows look exactly the same from the inside as they did before replacement, and that we could keep our existing blinds. We wish that he hadn't made this promise, because in the end the windows could not look exactly the same, and we had to replace all our blinds (which of course added another 10K to the project). The installation crew was fantastic, very professional and fast. They found a rotting water situation in one of our walls and did a great job fixing the problem. Some of the window trims had large caulking stains on the walls around the windows which was a bit disappointing, and as I was patching up the indoor trim to paint I found several sharp wires/nails sticking out of the trim, which was a bit concerning given I have small kids at home. However, I have no basis of comparison as this is the first time I've had windows replaced, so I don't know if this is the standard. Final criticism is this - I got the Classic line of windows, and after replacing all of our windows and most of our doors, we ended up using more natural gas for heating our home this winter, even though our schedules/lifestyles have not changed and it was 25% warmer this winter than last year. I'm not sure if this is related to the window insulation or not, but I was told by the installation crew that I should expect a very noticeable savings in our heating and cooling bills which didn't happen. Despite these failings, our windows are now painted and look stunning, and I am hopeful we won't have any more rotting and leaking issues. I would likely use Casa Bella again in the future if needed, but would just try to temper my expectations and take their promises with a large grain of salt.
