    Windows replacement

    From the initial quoting/consultation process to final installation for our window replacement, Casa Bella Windows staff has been very professional. Both the Sales and the installation teams were excellent in guiding and recommending best options available for our project. Everything went smoothly, old windows were removed and installation of new windows was completed properly and look great. Thank you!

    Windows

    Replaced nine windows, 6 of them custom. Installers were very professional and courteous. They made sure the site was clean at the end of the day. I am happy with result. I am having them back to do three more windows.

    Casa Bella Windows

    I have and will continue to recommend Casa Bella Windows to all my friends for the following reasons: 1. German Rojas, Sales Representative, went above and beyond his job description answering all my questions, coming down to my house when they were measuring my windows and he helped me answer many questions that the technician asked me. 2. While measuring for my window, the technician took the time to inform me that I had a problem on the roof. Without being told this, I would never have known until too late that I had raccoons in my attic. 3. The team that was led by Kyle, were always on time. They were extremely hard workers and they always made sure that they cleaned up their mess before they left. 4. The 19 windows I had installed are amazing. When the temperature got extremely cold, my furnace broke down and I was without heat for 4 days. Friends were amazed that my house was not freezing. 5. I have had the windows for 8 months and I have never had to call back Casa Bella Windows to repair or replace anything. If you want exceptional windows and fantastic service, Casa Bella Windows Inc. is the company you want!

    window renewal

    We very recently had 4 large picture windows and a sliding door replaced. We choose Casa Bella because of their reputation, materials they use and the lifetime warranty provided. The team (Oliver, Chris, Josh and Rafael) sent to do the install were just excellent. Start date and time was established a week in advance and the team arrived together and on time. Our floors were immediately protected and the guys set to work. The weather had turned cold and we were worried we would freeze for the 2 days they would be working, but with precision and professionalism they had each window out and replaced with very little discomfort to us. I was markedly impressed with the attention to details such as : squaring & levelling of the new windows, the insulating, caulking, taping and lastly the wooden trim work. Once the trim is painted our windows will be spectacular! Before leaving Oliver walked us around the completed job, explained again what had been done and repeatedly asked if we had any questions or concerns that he and his team could answer or rectify. Clean up was superb right from the grand room out to the walkways and onto the driveway. We are now enjoying our beautiful backyard in a much warmer living room.

    Replaced old windows

    Ronnie in sales was knowledgeable, patient, very helpfulI when I was choosing the windows and followed up afterwards. Installation staff were excellent - efficient, thorough, took time to answer my questions ( without making me feel like an idiot) and cleaned up everything before leaving.

    Whole house window installation

    Ronnie and his crew were punctual, efficient and neat. Their price was amazing and the quality of the work and product was excellent.

    I am very pleased with every thing Ronnie the sales rep. was outstanding very knowledgeable and helpful he was one of the reasons to go ahead with the deal. Mike and his crew they did an amazing job installing the windows . well done

    Windows

    Very positive experience! The estimator and installation crew were on time and very professional. The installers took the time to lay a protective carpet before starting work in my home. They explained the process and answered all questions that I asked. All old windows and trash were removed at the end of the job. We are extremely happy with our new windows.
