    Windows and Doors Replacement

    I initially decided to have all my doors(2) and windows(17) plus my patio door (8 footer) replaced in February 2015 and started an extensive process of researching windows online and vetting a number of manufacturers products available. After verifying NRCAN stats,Thermal unit values, low e coatings, gas fill and triple pane from different manufacturers,I finally decided to go with Casa Bella windows and doors after getting quotes from 4 other companies. My decision was not based on price only,but the quality of the product and the positive, no stress,no pressure approach of German my sales Rep. I scheduled my install date with German for July and Kyle and his team were on time,extremely professional and worked with me to get everything done with minimal disruption. I only had one hiccup on the first day when I received a call from Dan stating that they were short staffed and could not start on Monday, but I was firm that it has to start and Dan agreed to send who he had. Anyway, my gratitude to Kyle and his team, which was only the 2 of them until Tuesday and then 3 from Wednesday and they still managed to complete by midday on Friday. Kyle and his team were extremely professional and did a fantastic job from start to finish and we are only getting comments from our neighbors on how great our windows and doors look. It is now October and my windows and doors and performing exceptionally will. I had a very positive experience dealing with Casa Bella from start to finish and would recommend them without any reservation.

    replacement windows

    Casa Bella's pricing was competitive. their installers arrived right on schedule and did excellent job, including excellent cleanup. we replaced 5 windows of various sizes and a sliding glass door. The job included all the trim and they use real wood trim of high quality with near perfect joints. The finished product looks great and we are very pleased. We would certainly use Casa Bella again

    All windows and the two exterior doors

    Deciding to replace the existing front and side doors and all the windows in my 50-year old home, I visited the Home Show. After visiting most of the Window vendors there I decided that my business would go to Casa Bella. They stood head and shoulders above the competition in my opinion. When I visited their booth I was greeted by German, with none of the pressure tactics I had experienced elsewhere at the show. German answered all my questions and invited Devon into the conversation. Casa Bella also satisfied me as they are a Canadian Company, in business for over 60 years, and their employees are permanent with no sub-contractors used in any way. Later German visited my home and took preliminary measurements on which to base an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and paid 50% as a down payment. Later German and Devon came out to do a detailed measurement and look for potential problems, providing their notes to the installation crew. In this area German was well suited having spent 17, or 18 years in installation work with Casa Bella. In fact he had lead the team that eventually installed my windows and doors. The order to build the windows and doors was placed and they arrived on schedule when Mike, Manny and Allan proved to be a well-trained crew, with each operating as part of the team with little in the way of direction. And the windows and doors were superb. As I had chosen to have a "brick to brick" installation there was obviously considerable tear out of the old structures creating quite a mess, however this was cleaned up on an ongoing basis by one or the other of the crew, they cleaned up as they went! It was evident that I had not only made a great choice in choosing Casa Bella as their products were superb and their crew was fully capable of handling the installation. And German came around to check on progress occasionally. While my installation was in process my neighbor had German visit to provide an estimate to replace four windows and the exterior doors. Later another neighbor came over to see the completed project and indicated that he has ordered from Casa Bella with his installation scheduled for November. When finished the difference in the appearance of my home was wonderful. I would recommend Casa Bella to anyone considering replacing windows or doors, whether it be one unit, or the whole house as I did. This truly is a Canadian owned Company worth dealing with!

    windows

    After looking at different window companies I decided on Casa Bella. German came to my home to take measurements and explained to me everything that would be done.I especially liked the fact that they do not sub contract their work. the work was done quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend casa bella for all your window needs Angelo B.

    replacement of living room bay window

    I was thrilled with my living room window replacement. From the initial meet and greet of the reps from Casa Bella to measure for my new window to the final finished product. This company is truly professional and the 2 installers, Manny and Mike were fabulous ! very pleasant and respectful and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Casa Bella Windows and I shall definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys ! Just love the new look !!! Carolyn

    New windows

    We are doing a complete house renovation in Leaside. We chose Casa Bella Windows because they came highly recommended and when we met German he was professional. He helped us to choose beautiful windows. We love the windows and several of our neighbours have told us that they love our windows. The installers were also very friendly and did superb work. We will be using Casa Bella Windows next month again to install our front door and sliding doors and a window in our family room.

    Window replacement

    Replaced windows and doors

    From start to finish, an absolute pleasure to deal with. My crew of Kyle, Donny, Bill and Andrew were professional, courteous, friendly and ALWAYS cleaned up - you would never know I was under construction!! They were perfectionists and always went the extra mile for us. The product itself is amazing. The windows and doors are top quality and I'm sure we will see a difference in our heating and cooling bills in the coming years. Highly recommend - great product, great staff and FANTASTIC pricing!!

    New front Door and Window

    From start to finish (1st round), the entire team at Casa Bella have proven why they are so respected in the industry. Mathew from sales was always on the ball, from initial contact, right through to final payment. Our installation crew of Kyle, Bill, Donny and Andrew....well they have been requested to come back for the second round....need I say more? Even though the house is still under renovation we have had nothing but praise and positive comments about how the new front door and window look. We will be using Casa Bella for anything windows and doors. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a positive, professional experience. Cheers Joshua and Rachel Reynolds

    Window & Doors

    Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The most professional Company we have ever employed. German was very attentive and detailed. He clearly knows all there is to know about windows. Kyle and his crew were spectacular, always on time and very communicative, clean and showed great attention to detail, installation and clean up. It was a really great experience.
