Product & Service
We recently changed a significant number of windows in our house and we were very happy with the work done by Casa Bella Windows. The sales rep (Mathew Harrat) was very attentive to our needs and patient as he answered our multiple questions. The installation team was thorough, meticulous and hard working. The windows look great. We would definitely recommend Casa Bella to our friends and family.

All new windows and doors
Excellent workmanship; issues in adapting the new to existing structure were creatively addressed with excellent results; workers were friendly and courteous; cleaned up and left no garbage or construction materials; when a minor problem arose, it was quickly and effectively dealt with; I am heaping on the praise because when someone does a good job, it should be recognized.

All windows replaced in house
We had our windows replaced in our entire house (brick to brick). Casa Bella offered the best customer service starting with Franco. Franco was very knowledgeable of all products and was timely in delivering responses to our questions. The installation of the windows was well done too. It was not an easy job, but Ricardo and Ray did an excellent job! They took great care to ensure the job was done right.

Windows
I would highly recommend Casa Bella Windows and Doors. I signed with Mat Harant to do the project, very professional, as well as the installation crew who are very focus on what they do, and very clean. We definitely will enjoy the new windows. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

A huge THANK YOU to Matt and the installation team at Casa Bella Windows!! The entire experience was great! I had quotes and home visits by many other companies that lasted way too long and were full of high pressure sales tactics. I visited Matt at the showroom where he gave me many options for our house and helped me make the decision on what was best for our house, not what he wanted to sell us. His home visit to do the measuring was thorough and quick. He emailed me the quote the following day leaving me to decide and not staying in my house for 2 hours till I committed like my other experiences. He also had a great price! The installation team was great as well! On time, very nice and polite. Very clean and professional, they were also patient with our little dog that followed them everywhere! From start to finish a great experience! We absolutely love the look and quality we chose for our new windows! I would definitely recommend Casa Bella Windows!

Windows; complete replacement of all windows of 2storey, 4 BR house
We are the original owners of a 2,700 sq ft, 2 storey, 4 BR house in Mississauga built in 1986. As the first phase of a whole home renovation we decided to replace every window in the entire house. The original builders windows were old, tired, drafty - and a couple actually leaked if it rained hard enough. I did some basic internet research to find a reputable supplier, including checking the many reviews on Homestars. Casa Bella seemed to consistently get favorable reviews, so they were one of only 2 that made it to the 'short list'. I contacted both finalists by phone to get some more information about their companies, products, timelines and process to complete. At Casa Bella I was put in touch with their Sales Representative - Derek Caldwell who was very helpful in addressing every issue I raised. Based on that initial conversation we arranged for Derek to come to our house to show us their product lines, explain the differences in the different series of windows, trim options, installation process, timeline - and of course - cost. Based on this meeting and the detailed estimate and installation plan that they came back to us with, we did not even obtain a quote from the second company. We were completely confident in the ability of Casa Bella to provide us a high quality product, at a realistic price, professionally installed and backed by a reputable company. The entire project was completed on time, on budget, without any complications - and with a high level of personal Customer Service before, during and after installation. We are completely satisfied with our choice of Casa Bella - and the professional manner that Derek managed the project from start to finish.

Windows
Great windows, great service. Not the cheapest of the 4 estimates we collected, but they did verify that we would likely be able to reuse our shutters, and their reputation (various sources) was excellent. We replaced all our upstairs windows and are very happy with the work. Casa Bella was able to do the install 2 weeks earlier than expected. As re-scheduled, they appeared the day after the great TO Flood of 2013 (we were unsure if they'd be able to), and had all the windows installed, insulated and framed in two days, as promised. German, Kyle and Manny were excellent. Would definitely use them again when it comes time to replace our lower level windows. Casa Bella, if you're reading - THANKS!

Window Installation
Casa Bella Windows replaced six, large, southern-facing windows on the front of my house on July 2nd and July 3rd of 2013. This was basically just one month after I signed the contract with them on May 29th, so I was very pleased with the turn-around time on the project. From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the thorough and professional service I received from Casa Bella Windows. To begin with, the quote provided from Mathew Harant was thorough, neat, and very understandable. It was generated on a computer, and included diagrams and descriptions of each window. This was unlike the two other quotes I received from highly reputable window companies in the window market, wherein the quote was essentially written in some form of code that would only be understandable to the company itself. Moreover, the Casa Bella quote came in at 59% of the average of the two other quotes I received. When it came to the installation, everything went off exactly as stated in the contract. The crew turned up on the day they were to start, and they wrapped up on the day they were to end. I was really struck by the skill demonstrated by the entire crew, as well as their friendly and pleasant demeanor. Terry, Kyle, Herman, Bob and Mike completed the installation, and every one of them did a great job. The crew started out by first dropping carpets and tarps everywhere they intended to walk and work. They removed the old windows, installed the new windows, foamed the gaps, sealed the gaps with Tuck tape, and then framed the new windows with thicker moldings than we had around the originals. They even dapped the molding and filled the screw and nail holes with wood putty. The windows themselves look wonderful and operate far better than our old windows. The interior framing is all wood, while the windows themselves are vinyl, so I’ll never have to paint them. (It’s great to see the improvements that have been made in window production over the years.) Finally, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the work site and carried away all the old windows; I didn’t have to do a thing other than to make sure that the crew had access to the windows they were replacing. The price, the professionalism, and the quality product provided by this company seem, for some reason, to be unmatchable by other window companies. I’m not sure why this is, but I sure am glad that Casa Bella Windows is in the market. I highly recommend Casa Bella Windows for anyone who is considering new windows for their home.

Windows and Patio Door
We had 11 large windows and a sliding door installed and the entire process was stress-free and pleasant. We highly recommend Casa Bella and their professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and courteous staff in sales, measurement and installation. A special shout out and thank you goes to the installation team of Terry, Bill, and Mike. They built us a wonderful large bay window and worked around all of our “custom” window and door openings. Everyone was on time, took their time to do the job right and cleaned up before they left each day. Minor issues were dealt with quickly and always to our satisfaction.

Window Replacement
Had a situation where one of our bedroom windows was shattered by a baseball and we needed fixed as soon as possible as the weather was calling for rain the next couple days. Casa Bella did a professional job in fixing the windows in time and in a serviceable manner! Thanks so much guys :)
