    Door Installation

    In one word...OUTSTANDING! Excellent Customer Service with great attention to detail. And they were sensitive to my tight budget. A classic text book example of how any successful company should function from the initial call, to Sales, Installation and follow up. A personal thank you to Derek in Sales and also to Ray, Richardo and Devin.

    Replacing basement windows

    I would definately recommend Casa Bella Windows for any type of windows. They came recommended by family and exceeded our expectations with the job that was done. The service was professional and fast. The installers did a fantastic job and were friendly, going the extra mile to explain the process and get the job right!

    Window Replacement

    From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. The service we received from Ted was fantastic.He followed up multiple times to make sure we were happy, which we were. The installers did a great job, no mess. Very happy with the product.

    Window replacement

    A complete replacement of all the widows, including the basement in a 30 year old home. This was a replacement of a prior retrofit done by the homes previous owner who obviously did'nt spend the time researching his options. Casa Bella stepped in and did an outstanding job from the beginning of the process to the end. They were polite, helpful in assessing the most suitable window style to maximize light and airflow, and clearly communicated the timeline of the project. Jay and his team were prompt in the delivery of the windows, incredibly quick with the removal and installation of the windows and kept my home as clean as when they first arrived. What really impressed me was the finished work on the interior wood molding as they had to compensate for some tile work in one area of the kitchen, as well as the quality of the metal trim and finised look on the outside. We went with a colored window that really works with the brick of the home. Thanks again to Jay and his team for the great work and the quality of the product they offer. I only wish that the original owner of the house had done this kind of quality work the first time.

    Replacement of windows and front door

    Mathew Harant is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. The work team of Germany, Kyle, and Manny were skilled, polite, and clean. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with Mathew's work and positive attitude. Although there was an unforeseen issue regarding the door sill, Casa Bella dealt with the problem in a reasonable manner, thanks to Mr. Koopmans, a manager at the company.     Installation of windows

    What a great experience. No pressure, on time, very professional, left the house spotless. Very competitive pricing. Salesman polite and knowledgeable. Never felt like they were talking us into anything.

    New windows put in

    Our entire house needed new windows. Staff were professional and respectful. New vinyl windows were installed along with new wood window frames. The masonry work on the windows is absolutely beautiful. We have removed our shutters so that we can show off the frames. The windows look great as well. All the mechanisms on the windows work well so that opening and closing windows is done with ease. I would highly recommend this company.

    Window replacement

    After reading the Homestars reviews, I decided to contact Casa Bella Windows to replace two very large windows, about 8' by 5' and a smaller bathroom window at the front of my house. Their range of products and prices were very good so I accepted their quotation. However, I then realized the massive stone window sill on the upper floor, which was in two sections, has a major problem. One of the sections had, over the years, shifted so that it no longer ligned up with the other one. I called Casa Bell in a panic and they sent over their Installation Manager to check it out. They felt that they could re-align that section during the window installation for a small fee which I agreed to. After placing the order they were ready to install in only a few weeks and, even though it was the middle of winter, they came and replaced all three windows the same day, including fixing the mis-aligned sill. When the came into the house they put runners and blankets on the floor everywhere they were working so that they would not make any mess as they came in and out of the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows - the same company makes the windows and installs them. Their installers were fast, polite and efficient and didn't leave any mess behind.

    replace all windows

    I hired casa bella to replace all the windows on a 60 year old home. They were great and offered the best warranty. 25 years on hardware and glass. I would hire them again.

    Replace all Windows and Doors in our house

    We wanted to thank Mathew Harant from Casa Bella and the install team of Terry Clarke, Bill Buffett, and Mike Clarke (the outside guy) for their professionalism and amazing work. We would definitely recommend these windows and this install team as were they took care of every detail and were extremely accommodating. We especially love the custom built front entrance window which has transformed our home. Thanks Guys! Scott and Carolyn
