I needed three new exterior doors for my old drafty house so I gave Casa Bella a call. I have to say that I was impressed with my whole experience dealing with Casa Bella. Steven from Casa Bella was helpful with from the picking out of new doors and taking measurements to the install by the Casa Bella crew. Steven was always quick to respond and address any concerns I had. After booking an install date with Steven the crew came by and installed all three doors in about half a day, removal and installation was done very professionally and with precision and they cleaned up all the mess. My old doors had no insulation whatsoever but my new doors now keep that cold air out, what a difference! I would definitely recommend Casa Bella to anyone and will do business with again.

Everyone at this company was friendly and helpful; installers were knowledgeable and efficient, and willing to take the time to explain the process. The job was done over three days and included custom work to fit the new windows. Our new energy efficient windows are high quality and look beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company.

FROM THE TIME I INTERVIEWED THE SALES REP. OF CASA BELLA WINDOWS TO THE TIME MY WINDOWS WERE REPLACED AND THE JOB COMPLETED, WHAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE A NIGHTMARE, WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEANING UP AT THE END OF EACH DAY, BEING SURE NOT TO INCONVENIENCE US DURING THE JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS IS FANTASTIC. MY NEIGHBORS ALL COMMENT ON HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY LOOK. THE SALES REP. WAS ALWAYS IN TOUCH WITH ME TO CONFIRM HIS CREW WAS PERFORMING IN A PROFESSIONAL MANOR. The overall experience was excellent. The entire process from our initial inquiry, product education and selection, quotation, contract review, schedueling, installation through to follow-up was performed in a very professional manner. The window and door systems are superior quality and the installation itself was performed to the highest standard. No detail was missed. Would highly recommend.

From the showroom, to installation, the whole experience was smooth and easy. The salespeople in the showroom were extremely helpful and the installation was completed in a day. We have renovated our entire home and this was the easiest and least stressful.

We were quite pleased with the work, which was a very well done. Replacing all of the windows in our two bedroom bungalow took only three days. My father was a woodwork and construction teacher in a high school, and from the viewpoint of someone who grew up in wood shops, the Casa Bella people were very professional and did an excellent job. e.g. I liked the use of multiple jointed boards in the frames for the windows in wet areas (bathrooms, kitchen), since that will reduce wood expansion, in turn reducing the chance of the wood warping and making the windows stick. Excellent idea, that. The outside window framing is similarly first rate. Minimal disruption to our daily routine and no post-job clean up issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

We highly recommend Casa Bella windows. We had all our windows and doors replaced in a single major project. On the basis of price, quality of windows, professionalism, competence, efforts to please the customer, and the final outcome, they are great. Until you have been through such a renovation, you have no idea of the range of choices and the complexity of the project. We have a habit of asking a lot of questions. Steven Feig was unfailingly patient and helpful throughout. His availability at all times made a significant contribution to our positive experience. Devon, Oliver and German are outstandingly competent. They and the rest of their team members, including the follow-up service technicians, made great efforts to do things right, with enormous care and attention to detail. Any glitches and surprises along the way were resolved. We are delighted with the appearance of our new energy-efficient windows and doors. I had been living in my house for 10 years and all of the windows on the Eastern side had rotted. I purchased windows from Casa Bella as replacements. The salesman was very honest and did not try and sell me what I did not need (Steven F) He was to the point and suggested the best fit for my house. When the crew came to install I was impressed by the level of professionalism and perfectionism. The job was done perfectly and there was no issues. I will be getting the rest of the house done in the fall and will be giving Steven F. a call
