Bad storm, old willows and a nasty neighbour meant I needed a tree service fast (within 24 hours - thanks to the complaining neighbour). I called numerous tree services and explained the situation. Only one came through: CB Tree Experts. Craig Telenko and his assistant stopped what they were doing and fit me into their busy schedule. They showed up when promised, did what was necessary and charged no more than we'd agreed. I will definitely recommend CB Tree Experts to my NICE neighbours. As for that other guy, the term "pound salt" comes to mind...

A branch on our apple tree broke. and was hanging over the neighbour's shed. Called Craig who said he would come over the next day for a quote. Due to a recent storm, he arrived with his crew in tow. Quoted me a very fair price. He and his crew had the broken branch and other dead branches removed and the yard cleaned within the hour. They were efficient, professional and courteous. Very satisfied.

My eight year old Japanese Maple was serevely damaged by high winds. Its trunk was snapped and it was dangerously close to falling over. Craig and his team responded to the emergency within the day. They supported the tree with tie lines to temporarily correct the problem and proposed a long-term solution to save the tree. His initial emergency work was part of his incredibly reasonable estimate to fix my tree. I can't thank him enough for being so professional and honest - hard qualities to find these days.

During the latest storm a large limb from our tree fell into a neighbour's yard. Once again Craig came to the rescue. He was fast, efficient and his crew was well trained. The work done was excellent.

We had our neighbours tree fall onto our upper deck of our house. Not only did CB Tree respond quickly to the phone call and the free estimate, they were back to our house within 6 hours to have it removed. They went above and beyond for the the very affordable price, and they left our place cleaner than what it was. If we need the tree pruned or cut again, these people will be the ONLY people we call.

We recently hired CBtree experts to do some major pruning and could not have been happier with the result. They did an excellent job and the workers did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Not only did they do a good job of cleaning up but they were ever so courteous. We were very surprised with the professionalism that they displayed because we have had quite a few different work men doing different tasks on our house, and it is not often that we are happy and satisfied with the final result. Our most sincere thanks to Mr. Craig Telenko for hiring such fantastic workers.

I knew my working relationship with Craig was off to a postive start when I put a call into him and he actually answered the telephone. He came out a few hours after my initial call to start the job and was true to his word in returning the next day to complete it. I had asked him to remove a wall of cedar trees that lined my property and that of my neighbour's. He brought in the necessary equipment to do the job properly and removed the tree stumps and replaced the area with sod. His crew did not leave the job site before cleaning up my property as well as that of my neighbour's. He did not hike his price because I needed the job done urgently. Instead, he offered me a fair price for a job well done. I would highly recommend Craig and his crew for any tree removal service required.

Called CB Tree for a fairly urgent request to remove two trees at front yard. Craig managed to come out on a long weekend, and did a great job. He also trimmed out the other small tree with no extra cost. Will call him again for future tree service. Jacky

Craig and his crew showed up on the first dry day - we have had so much rain recently that work was delayed, nothing to do with CB Tree - just the inclement weather! The work was professionally done to perfection. If you require any tree service, CB Tree is the company to call.

Craig is an exceptional contractor. He really knows what customer service is all about. He came when he said he would, he did the job exactly as we described, he cleaned up the space thoroughly and he made sure we understood the City permit application process.
