    Home Inspection on a potential home

    I can't explain how greatful I am to have met Brent and have him handle my home inspection on a potential home. He was very thorough, extremely honest and cares about his clients best interest. Brent's work saved me from buying a home with 10yrs of mold in the attic. The whole top of the home would need to be replaced. MOLD is not something to mess around with and not an easy problem to resolve. This issue was brought to the sellers attention and they refused to lower the price or fix the problem. Needless to say I decided not to purchase the home due to the MOLD issue. To all buyers please trust Brent with inspecting your potential home, he will not let you down. A home is the largest investment in your life, you need a trust worthy inspector to advise you on your options. I will be calling you soon Brent. Thank you so much.

Wasn't that an interesting one, the contractors who originally purchased the home who simply thought they knew it all, didn't know anything! How could you possibly miss that much mold!     Home Inspection

    Brent is an awesome inspector! He was thorough and offered helpful tips and advice. I was happy and highly recommend Classic Home Inspections when purchasing a new home. It will hep you to know that you are buying a good solid home.

    inspection of our new home

    The provided service was professional, exact, detail oriented, efficient, and reasonably priced. The inspector was very friendly, explained all the details and responded to the questions. He prepared a binder afterwards and shared the pictures. So overall we are very satisfied with the service.

    Home Inspection

    Brent was great, friendly, informative and thourogh. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and being a female I appreciated that he wasn't patronizing at all. I HIGHLY recommend his service, not to mention the fantastic review binder we received. All of the information provided has been greatly useful. Thanks Brent!

    home inspection

    Classic Home Inspections Inc. did a very proficient, effective and professional job. It was very painless and reasonably priced. I'll be recommending them to my friends and family for sure.

    Home Inspection on Purchased Home

    Classic Home Inspections was recommend to me but a co-worker for a home inspection on my newly purchased townhome. The service from making the appointment right to the follow up report was outstanding. Brent Jeffreys was punctual and affordable. The service he provided was extremely thorough and helpful. As a first time home buyer with limited knowledge in this area, Brent was able to explain everything necessary and answer all questions. The report was inclusive of picture and I received immediately. I would highly recommend the services of Classic Home Inspection Inc.

    home inspection

    Brent is the guy you want to call before you sign the final purchase agreement. He went over every inch of our home and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars in repairs we would have missed if we hadn't had the inspection. His report got the sellers to reduce the selling price and we went into the purchase with eyes wide open. Thanks Brent. I will certainly call you if I buy another home.

    House Inspection

    Jeff was late due to heavy traffic, however, he was very approachable and provided good advice on the various fixes needed in the house. He gave good advice of what needed to be changed right away and what could fixes could wait. Overall, fairly satisfied.

    Home Inspection

    My house was approaching its 1 year and I needed to have an inspection. After reading all the reviews, I didnt hesitate to call Brent. One of the reasons being that some inspectors told me they would'nt go up to the roof. I needed someone to go up there and assure me everything is as should be. Well, as expected, Brent found some issues that needs to be fixed and I could'nt be happier for the peace of mind that brings. I won't hesitate to recommend Brent again and again. He is a true professional.

    Home inspection

    I called Brent after seeing the reviews on Homestars. I was disappointed. Brent was on time to inspect a house that I wanted to purchase. He was thorough and methodical, taking notes and pictures. He was up on the roof, in the attic, and on the basement floors. At the end of the inspection he gave me his honest opinion and even though my purchase fell through, I am certain that it will be Brent that I call for my next home inspection.
