Thank you sooo much for the kind words and review Eric! I truly appreciate it! I tell everyone, I want you to totally understand the home. Yes, there is a lot to know, but hey, it is all very easy to understand. It was interesting with your case. The issue of the knob and tube wiring, it seemed everyone wanted to downplay it. Not that it cannot be replaced, but at who's cost. I may be wrong, but I thought the home was being sold with "updated" wiring. Knob and tube is not updated wiring. Fortunately, there was not much. However, it was obviously an issue with your insurance company. Anyway, I hope all worked out in the end, it was a very nice home!
