The Copa team was great! They helped bring to life the design that me and my interior designer created. They created 3 custom pieces of furniture for us, a 15 foot long two person desk, a credenza, and a beautiful breakfront cabinet. Ian and his team were professional and showed a love and dedication to their work. This love shone through in the finished product. The custom breakfront is absolutely stunning and is destined to be a family heirloom. If you are looking for an organization that will not sacrifice on quality, have a focus on the tiniest of details, and deliver an awesome product at a reasonable price point, then you have found your match. I contacted Copacetic Woodwork & Design because I needed a large piece of wooden countertop cut to very specific dimensions so that I could use it as a tabletop. Despite the small size of this job, I was impressed that the staff at Copacetic treated me with the same attention/professionalism as if it was a much larger project. The work was completed earlier than promised and I was very pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Copacetic or use them for my next project.

I hired Copacetic to design and build a cabinet above my fridge. They did an excellent job. The design was perfect, the quality exceptional, and the customer service attentive. Ian and his team from Copacetic did a fantastic job building and installing a wide range of new cabinetry in our older home. Of particular note were 2 upper cabinets crafted from very old hemlock recovered from Lake Ontario which was very difficult to work with but the end result is spectacular. Worth every penny!

After our initial meeting with Ian, and seing the craftsmanship of his work, we were certain that we wanted to have out kitchen done by his company. Ian and his son Spencer answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns without hesitation. We were updated periodically on the progression of our cabinetry and were given suggestions and effective solutions for issues that arose that impeded on our project. The quality of their work is beyond impressive and we would not hesitate to utilize their services again for any future work.

I found Copacetic Woodwork quite by accident. Having seen not only their web site and the reviews on Homestars, decided to use them to pull together my new cabinets. Ian and his boys did an AMAZING AND AWESOME job. we were extremely satisfied with both the quality, attention to detail, timeliness and cost. Service throughout was amazing. I will consider them for another job that i'm planning on doing in the house , but would alternately HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. What is nicer in my opinion is the fact that this is a Canadian company, using Canadian products with Canadian labour....that alone sold me on this business. Congrats. Ian and company.

Ian and his team at Copacetic did extensive work for us about 10years ago with a complete renovation involving build-ins in all areas of our home. When we needed integration of a new kitchen applicance we wanted no one else! The team is professional with unparalled attention to quality and detail in their work, which looks and functions today as perfiectly as is did when new. There aren't many professionals like Ian around anymore.

We were delighted with the work by Ian and his team. From the design stage, they were very good at reviewing our concepts, gently suggesting what would and would not work, and refining the design. Their workmanship was flawless, and the installation ( a difficult task in a trapezoidal shaped room ) was meticulous. Everyone who has seen the work has marveled at it.
