    Gas fireplace

    Fast professional installation. Courteous and friendly staff. Expertly done. Fair price. Only drawback is that remote start and control didn't fire up unit. That was my fault. Actually shut off pilot light. With easy reference to the main manual (brief booklet from manufacturer was a little vague), I was able to get the unit working. Company got back to me quickly to resolve issue, so appreciate the service and follow up. Nice people to work with compared to a few other companies I had initially contacted regarding a new fire place.

    installation of a new air conditioner and repair of a existing air conditioner

    I was very happy with the installation of the new air conditioner for the restaurant and the repair of the existing air conditioner for the cafe. All work was done professionally, on time and according to budget and the right air conditioner size was chooser for the restaurant. It was a difficult install but Cozy Comfort was skilled enough to pull it off 5 out of 5. I would recommend Cozy Comfort.

    Ductless A/C

    Cozy Comfort installed a ductless A/C system at my home in 2019 and recently installed a similar system in my daughters home in July 2022. Brian the manager is knowledgeable, courteous and totally professional. Brians team from the office staff to the install teams also share these same attributes. I have recommended Cozy Comfort to 2 neighbours who have purchased ductless A/C units from Cozy Comfort. Thank you and we look forward to continuing to utilize the systems for years to come.

    replacement furnace & AC

    Brian, the owner, is great to deal with. His crew was diligent & stayed all day until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves. all in all, a great job. The office seems a little overwhelmed sometimes. Keep track of the rebates they say you're supposed to get as part of the purchase or they might get lost in the shuffle. We got both of ours after we followed up with a few phone calls.

    Replacement of Air Conditioner

    Excellent service from all involved . Install day after service tech confirmed death of my old unit ! No disturbence of mature planting at front of house with a very quiet Carrier unit ..Would recommend and will use for future service on my furnace etc

    Furnace, air conditioning and tank less hot water installation

    Great professional guidance on appropriate appliance selection. The owner and his team are committed to ensuring quality service. Quote system used provided all relevant details of the models purchased and was flexible for any additional requested services to be added. Installation team was great and took the required install time to ensure system works perfectly. They also considered the age of the home and any needed revisions that would make the installation more effective without it being too costly for the homeowner. Registration of warranties was also done by the company which is a worry off our shoulders.

    Gas fireplace

    Salesman was very knowledgeable, not pushy for a sale, offered a couple of no charge option. Insulation was very timely, installers where friendly, knowledgeable, explained the fireplace operation, cleaned up Whole experience was pleasurable. Cant comment on the performance of the fireplace as it was installed in the spring, and not used as yet.
