My 10 yr old Furnace went cold last winter. They sent tech asap. He did an excellent job. First, he tried some minor adjustment, then did not charge. The problem returned after a few days, so he replaced a small part, and the problem was fixed. On top of that, he cleaned the filters, adjusted the humidifier, and advised me to get the ducts cleaned. He was professional and personable. The company gave me prompt service, very reasonably priced. Time before that, I had furnace leaking water. He replaced the drain lines and drain trap connectors. I had other repair people come and did not know what to do. Some said it was my foundation leaking! Totally missed the problem. I really don't want to write a review because they could get too busy and expensive for me! Great company!

the tech that came to our house was very nice and tidy he took great care with our home so as not to make a mess or do any damage once he was done (which was not very long) the fireplace never looked better and worked great we would recommend them to any in need of their services

Several years ago Cozy Comfort Plus replaced the builder's A/C unit with a new Lennox unit. The new unit is larger, and required widening of the plenum of our furnace, as well as moving some duct work. This was all custom work. Since, we've had Cozy Comfort Plus in annually, to do regular tune-ups for the furnace and gas fireplace. They do a great job and always leave the work areas clean.

I purchased an electric wall mount fireplace from Cozy Comfort. They provided excellent service and choice of products. I would highly recommend them.

Cozy Comfort Plus did exceptional work preparing our furnace for the upcoming winter, and even set up a new thermostat for us! They were very skilled and did a great job - can already feel cleaner air in our home. The gentlemen that helped us was very personable and made the effort to explain what he was doing and advised us the proper times to change our filter given we have two cats. Would definitely recommend their service to other people and will continue to use their service !

Quick response to my inquiry on purchasing a new fireplace . I had a visit within a week to review the area and make recommendations on the size of the gas fireplace needed. Annual Service has been very competent . The response time to my call for service was within 24 hrs....Great job.

About eight years ago I engaged this company to instal a gas fireplace. They did a terrific job at a reasonable price. A short time later, when the company that installed my furnace and water heater went out of business I engaged Cozy Comfort Inc to take over servicing all of my gas appliances. Since then the same technician comes and services all of them twice a year. He is highly competent, reliable and friendly and the bills I get are reasonable. I cannot ask for more

We have 3 gas fireplaces. They were installed by Cozy Comfort and are beautiful and extremely useful since our old house has no insulation. We recently had them serviced and needed some other repair and work done. The technicians were great, very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning them up and making them look brand new! Very professional to deal with. Would highly recommend.
