Tankless water heater
Cozy Comfort installed a tankless water heater for me back in 2008. I have had them in on a yearly basis to maintain the heater. I felt that they did very good work. When my water heater started to have expensive maintenance requirements, I went back to Cozy Comfort for a new heater.

Saved a lot of money
During renovations, ending up damaging our now-discontinued Valor stove. Valor didn't have the parts for this model anymore. Several companies told us they couldn't fix the venting and quoted $6-8K for a new stove installation. As a last effort, we emailed this company. Brian responded, saying they could replace the venting, and he sent out the installer the next day to view and quote the work. He quoted me a price, and I was fortunate to get the work done the following day. Hamid, the installer, was detail-oriented and explained everything. He also "refurbished" the entire unit, making it look like new. He replaced the outer cap as well, ensuring the entire setup now meets current safety code requirements. It was obvious Brian was out to satisfy the customer and not the bottom line of the company. Never even suggested a full stove replacement. 100% recommend.

Red tag from Enbridge - fixed!
Outstanding. We got a "red tag" from Enbridge for a leak. Cozy Comfort's experienced technician came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour for a reasonable rate. The company whose installation caused this problem in the first place quoted me $1000 + tax for a rebuild of the exhaust vent which is just PVC pipes and would have left us without hot water for over a week. I'll go with Cozy Comfort Plus for all my heating & cooling maintenance from now on.

HVAC Replacement
I live in an older condo building where each unit has an all-in-one HVAC set up tucked away in a closet. We have had to have multiple repairs to the unit over the years, and finally decided it was time to replace it outright. Luckily, I happened to run into some workers from Cozy Comfort Plus who were helping replace the HVAC in another unit. They gave me their info and their manager was kind enough to stop by later the same day to take a look at my unit. I requested a quote, as due to the hot weather, I wanted to move forward with replacing the unit quickly. They had the equipment in stock and were able to quickly provide me a quote. The price seemed reasonable enough, so I asked them to proceed with the job. To my surprise, the workers arrived early Friday morning and ended up working from about 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM. It took a total of 5 different workers, including two electricians, but they got the old unit removed and disposed of and installed the new unit, which included a condenser on the balcony, all in one day. I was extremely impressed with the effort they put in and was very happy to have working air conditioning. Outside of a few small issues, such as additional costs that were added day of, everything was incredibly well done. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Thornhill/Markham area.

Wood burning stove removal

Rinnai tankless water heater
When it was time to replace our 18 year water heater, we solicited qotes from several companies. Unlike the other companies which gave quotes by phone or email, Brian took the time to check our current set-up and evaluate our options. Cozy Comfort's price was $1000 (20%) less than several others, and just $50 (1%) more than that from a big-box store. We ordered the heater on Saturday and it was installed that Tuesday. The only glitch was that the installer was unfamiliar with the settings and how to connect to the heater via Bluetooth. At my request, Brian visited to ensure that both the installation and settings were done properly. Great service at a very good price.

Service AC and Furnace
The tech Mory is the same person who installed my Furnace and AC about 15 years ago, he is very knowledgeable and honest, he always does the tune up on my equipment.

Clean and Service Gas Fireplace
We have an old Napolean gas fireplace. Needed cleaning and adjustments and a new part. "Mory" came from Cozy Comfort. He did an EXCELLENT job. He was extremely thorough and very clean. He explained all he did and advised us on how to be safe with our old fireplace. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort and especially Mory for any service needs.
