We had a fantastic experience in replacing our 20+ years old Furnace and Air Conditioner. As usual I did my research and got quotations from several contractors. I finally decided to go with Cozy world as their Sales Representative Robert was excellent in answering my questions and recommended us a solution that was the best fit for our house at a reasonable price. Leslie from the admin staff was very polite and accommodative as we had to reschedule the installation couple of times due to family emergencies. Saeed and Amir from the installation team did an awesome job. They are perfectionist and worked tirelessly for over 8 hours. I was very impressed with their knowledge and attention to the detail. They informed us that our existing humidifier was incorrectly installed. They not only installed the humidifier correctly in the return duct but also fixed water leakage issues. Finally, after a long time my humidifier was working again. Saeed and Amir also replaced the existing black exhaust pipe to white pipe as per the code. In the end Furnace, AC and Humidifier were thoroughly tested and they cleaned the furnace room before leaving the place. Cozy world team was very professional and I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. They are very knowledgeable and experienced people with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Fred's approach was very professional, he listened and recommended a solution that best fit our family's budget and our needs of our home. His installation staff were very professional, courteous, and made the process seamless from the moment they arrived to when they left our home. This company gets it done right the first time and ensures that you are comfortable and happy with their job before they leave.

My furnace went out a few days ago and my house was freezing. I called Cozy World since I had used their service in the past for my A/C unit and was happy with their service. I spoke with Fred on the phone and after explaining my issue he had a good idea of the problem. He and Ramin came the next morning to inspect the furnace and confirmed inducer motor had gone out. They provided option to replace the motor but given the furnace was almost 20 years old suggested replacement. Given the motor replacement was not cheap I decided to replace the furnace. Since they could not replace until the next day Fred swapped the broken motor with a part he had in his truck so that my family would have heat during the night. I really appreciated that. The next morning Saeed and his team arrived to install the new furnace. They were done within 3 hours and left the area clean. Further, Saeed took the time to explain enhancements he had made which included fixing the existing draining and adding intake pipes. The team was very courteous and professional. As for cost, I found the pricing to be very competitive to what I saw online. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend.

I was having issues with my old furnace. Borris quickly helped me secure a new one and matching AC. His team was clean and efficient.

My Furnace stopped working in the middle of winter and my house turned cold instantly. After calling Cozy World Inc they chose the soonest day possible to come and examine the furnace and after examination they came to the conclusion that there was a problem with the motherboard of the furnace and they advised me to get a new furnace since it would be cheaper than to buy and replace the motherboard. They came right away to install the new furnace and they finished the installation quickly. I am really satisfied with the outcome because they did an excellent job at installing it and also their job was extremely neat which really got my attention. I would definitely recommend Cozy World Inc. They get the job done as quick and precise as possible. The technician who installed the furnace was named Saeed, be sure to ask for him for the installation.

The furnace in my new home blew out in the middle of winter, and I was desperate to have it resolved right away. After having called two previous HVAC "technicians" (really salespeople) that tried to hard-sell me on solutions that were much higher than I had expected to spend, I turned to Robert and his team at Cozy World. Robert was cordial and came to the house the next day to review the situation. He also noted the dated condition of the whole system, and provided a solution that was the best fit for the house without breaking my budget. His team came out the following day to install the full system, taking the time to leave my furnace room in a cleaner condition than they came in with. A great experience and I'll be sure to use them again for my HVAC needs.

We had a fantastic experience when replacing our heating system with Cozy World. As per usual, I did my research and called various highly-rated contractors for pricing for a furnace replacement, along with a humidifier and a new air cleaner. I also wanted them to install the new ecobee thermostat I had purchased. I finally selected Cozy World as they appeared to have very competitive prices and excellent reviews. Their sales representative Robert insisted on dropping by to survey the current installation first and I'm glad he did. He found that we had black plastic ABS piping exhaust piping that was now out of code and should be replaced with the white PVC piping. Robert also noticed that the fresh air intake in the basement furnace room was not attached to anything and was simply drawing cool air from within the furnace room. He recommended installing an inexpensive "boot" to seal the system and that would improve airflow throughout the house. Robert is clearly a very knowledgeable person and did not try to upsell me on any items. He agreed with my selection of the Lennox Elite two stage variable speed gas furnace and related products. On the day of the installation, Saeed and his coworker Amir came to our house and politely introduced themselves and explained all the things that they would be doing. They worked quietly and efficiently but were happy to answer questions if asked. From doing my research, I know that a typical installation takes about 4 hours, especially if you get the lowest price contractors. By the time that the Cozy World installers had left our house, 6 hours had gone by. I feel that was due to their attention to detail and desire to do an excellent job. At the end of the job, I think the furnace room was cleaner than when they had started and the installation looked immaculate. Before leaving, they took extra time to show my wife all the details of their work, including how to use the new thermostat, new air cleaner and our brand new ecobee thermostat. We have always complained that the air flow to the master bedroom was weak and since it was the furthest room from the furnace, we didn't think we could do much about it. However, the installation of the boot has significantly improved the airflow to the point that it's no longer an issue. We finally have good airflow and heat to the master bedroom! All in all, I don't think things could have gone any better. We got a great price and a great installation, so what more could one ask? I have already recommended Cozy World to one of my friends and will continue to do so to anyone else who asks. They certainly are top notch!

My customer service experience with Cozy World was exceptional. The sales representative Robert was very knowledgeable and polite. He was able to ask the right questions and quickly assess my installation, equipment requirements, and provide a competitive price. The installer Saeed was on-time and able to complete the installation efficiently. I appreciated his attention to detail (nice sheet metal work, tie wrapping exposed wiring, cleaning drain cover, wiping down the equipment, etc.). When leaving they took my old equipment and left no mess behind. BTW, did I tell you that this all happened within 24 hrs?! Truly exceptional!

I used Cozy World to install a new furnace and AC unit. Very pleased from start to finish and would highly recommend.
