I am renovating a house that I am trying to make it my dream house the best experience I had with contractors I hired was dealing with majestic indoor air. We all know how devastating could dealing with contractors be , things like showing up late or not showing up at all not respecting the house do the job the easiest way possible and not caring about how it looks none of these applies for majestic indoor air I am highly recommending majestic indoor air for all heating and air conditioning needs. Fred is Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, competitive and great communication.

Fred is an exceptional guy who made me feel most comfortable about my purchase of a new furnace. He was very patient explaining what I needed and how everything works how the warranties work out, what my options were, etc... majestic indoor air did a great job to maximize the space in my furnace room you know always need more space . Fred and his helper were polite and professional and did a fantastic job. The AC unit was placed on beautiful pad and leveled, all the piping was done to minimize any obtrusions, neat and tidy. My new high end thermostat was faulty, but not for long, fred took the thermostat back on the same day and to replace the unit. Everything is running perfectly, the new Goodman furnace is much quiter than my old furnace and pumping a lot more air through my registers than I can imagine. I had 7 quotes done from high end companies to some low end guys, but the majestic indoor air prices were hard to beat with the customer service I thought would follow. I am extremely satisfied with my new units, and I am extremely confident that you will too. I am in the other business and always weigh out costs and benefits. majestic indoor air is the best bang for the buck. fred will put your mind at peace and you'll know you're getting what you need. Even if he even knows you are looking for something els he still stands with what he thinks is the best.

We are very happy with the excellent service, quality and price that fred and his installers provided. In obtaining estimates for a rooftop unit replacement, and doing the actuall job my office is in an older area where there is not much room to set up a crane Fred had scheduled 2 different crane to do job very organized and on spot our new rooftop unit is working great very quite and we got the best price among few quotations.

majestic indoor air fixed my fireplace for a fair cost although some parts that was needed are being manufactured anymore he found the solution for getting my fireplace going I was thinking to change the whole fireplace but he figured a way by changing the valve and some other parts which is less messy and less costly than changing the fireplace

I had another company here at my house they said my furnace heatexchanger is cracked and they quoted me for a new furnace I called fred to get quotation for a new furnace Fred saw my furnace he said he could fix my furnace for 500 dollars since the heatechanger is under warranty unlike the other company fred is very reasonable he put 2 options infront of me.. instead of pushing me to buy a very expensive furnace he told me my furnace is only 8 years old and most of the components are in good shape well obviously i chose the 500 option instead of 2500 and my furnace is fixed and works great .

our furnace was about 20 years old we started getting quotations for a new furnace, majestic indoor air gave us the best price out of 5 companies on goodman furnaces and Fred seemed the most experienced one .. on the installation day everything went great they respected my house cover the floor for making holes on wall they used a very nice drill instead of breaking the wall with hammers ( what the air-conditioner guys did in my house) I highly recommend majestic indoor air.

Highly recommended: I called Fred for the first time did not know what to expect with his low fee but he really acted professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed my furnace with no extra costs but he also gave me helpful tips. This feed back is from a guy who has had his fair share of bad repair people. Fred has 15 years experience and I did not expect anything but an excellent service. Thank you Fred, keep up the good work.

One really hot summer day the A/C broke down around noon, made several urgent calls to HVAC companies, found Fred from Majestic, thankfully before dark he showed up, Fred worked until late but solved the problem. A couple of seasons later, a very cold Friday evening the furnace broke down, had kept Fred's business card, called him, he returned the message within an hour, Fred committed to show up first thing Saturday morning, he arrived 8am as promised, worked until he located the problem, although difficult to find supply parts on a weekend Fred managed to somewhere get the replacement parts required to get heat back into our house, By dinner time the furnace was repaired and my family & home got to enjoy warmth again. I used Fred's services again a third time as I knew he was dependable. Thanks Fred for being reliable, and congradulations to you & your wife on the birth of your Daughter Melody. last year I bought a furnace from majestic indoor air everything has been great till yesterday my furnace second stage wouldn't come on I called fred I explained him the situation he said he would come to my house in the evening which was prefect I didnt have to take any time off work, he quickly found the problem and changed the broken part .,. this 10 years part and labor warranty makes me sleep very easily at nights ..

my furnace started acting I called a company to check it they quoted me around 700 dollars to fix it for changing a valve, I called majestic indoor air over the phone he told me he charges me 350 to change the valve . I couldn't believe it . I thought I was getting a used part but fred came by my house brought the valve in the box and showed all the papers and warranty fixed the furnace and made me one happy man .. I highly recommend majestic indoor air for servicing furnaces
