I wanted to own my water heater I was kind of tired of paying rent for my water heater. I called majestic indoor air to get price on one, Fred suggested me to buy one from homedepote my self and he would do the installation after getting few more company to price me on water heaters I found majestic price better than others. also the warranty from homedepote was better, the installation went great and fred him self is a nice person to deal with .

Cozy World installed a new AC unit for us in April. We live in a south-facing corner house and I was worried that the builder-recommended size for the unit may not be enough. Boris didn't try to upsell me to a larger model but instead convinced me to stay with the smaller model as that would work best. The unit has performed great during the summer. We've had no problems with it. The install was professional and neatly done. The unit itself is fairly quiet. Boris was very helpful with all my questions and with the warranty papers (I opted for the extended warranty through the manufacturer). I would definitely recommend Cozy World.

I got a referral for Fred from a friend... my lucky day. It is a pleasure to deal with a professional. He came when he promised, fixed the problem promptly at a fair price. What more could I ask? A few weeks later I had another emergency call for my water heater. He came the same day and again fixed the problem quickly. I would be doing any potential customer a favour by recommending Fred.

Fred answered the phone and came to my house after an hour fixed the problem and saved me from cold I called many companies majestic was the only one who answered their phone and fixed my furnace problem on a day that nobody wants to work this company deserves 10 out of 10 ..

We are extremely happy with the excellent service, timeliness, quality and price that Boris and his installers provided. In obtaining estimates for a furnace replacement, Boris was honest about our home's heating needs as opposed to others who tried to up-sell us. Our furnace was on its last legs a few days before Christmas but that didn't stop Boris from getting us warm & cozy in time for Santa. We will be replacing our AC soon and I won't call anyone but Boris. Thank you Boris for such professional service! (By the way, we live in the Beaches but Homestars would not allow me to select Toronto as an option. Cozy World does service the downtown Toronto area.)

I had used Cozy World’s services in the past getting AC installed in my home and was very pleased with their services. I also recommended them to my mother who had to replace her AC and furnace and she had nothing but positive things to say about them. We’re renovating our basement and decided to price out a new furnace as well as look at the possibility of having some of our ductwork moved. Without hesitation we called Cozy World and Boris came by within a day or two. We priced out a new furnace and he also offered a suggestion on moving our hot water heater because of a bulky pipe that was in the way (we have an older home where the basements are only 6ft so any way we can save on headroom is a bonus). Boris referred us to his colleague Kam who is the expert on the ducting. We reached out to Kam who priced out several reasonable options for different duct placements. We set a date and Kam came over early in the morning with a couple of guys. These guys were clean, fast and very courteous. I enjoyed talking with Kam has he was very knowledgeable and offered some suggestions on our reno. Having come from a trades background, I was pleased to see that what they practiced in their workmanship is what my father had practiced all his life. A good quality like this is hard to come by. They finished the job in one day and the result was a more spacious basement. Being 6ft in height, my head thanks you! Regards, Andreas

Our old furnace failed over Christmas. I called Cozy World on Boxing Day and Boris came around that evening to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and advised only on what was needed (no upsell). The new furnace came with a full 10 year waranty. His installation team came in at 10 am the next morning and were finished by 4 pm. They were efficient, effective and left the job clean and tidy. The new furnace is working well. Afterwards i was contacted by Boris to check if everything was ok. I was very impressed with the whole Cozy team. The speed with which the contacted me and scheduled the installation, the professionalism, knowledge and the quality of the installation.

I contacted Boris during the heat wave last summer. He got right back to me and was very professional and knowledgable. The price for the unit and installation was less than the bigger companies. In less than a week, he came out and installed the air conditoner. The job was neat, tidy and clean. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company

We called Fred to quote on a new furnance and AC as we are renovating. Fred came when he said he would to view the job and he provided a competeive price. We chose Fred over others because he was knowldgeable and professional. Fred and his assistant Tahir and started the new install when promised. The install of the new frnance tuned out better than i envisioned and looked great. The attention to the details in the ductwork and final install are impressive. Both Fred and Tahir were very respectful of our home. We are pleased with the work and would recommend Majestic Indoor Air to family and friends.

I called Boris after seeing CozyWorld reviews on HomeStars. He was very informative and offered excellent suggestions during our initial arrangements. He provided a start date and stuck to the agreed schedule. The installation crew were very professional and meticulous. They cleaned the site upon leaving. I have had some follow-up questions, and Boris always responds quickly.
