I arranged to get two quotes, from Cozy World and from another highly rated company on Homestar. Boris was on time, gave me easy to understand itemized quote, and even gave impartial advice regarding my water heater. The other company's quoted amount was about the same, but not as clealy laid out as Cozy World. Boris accomodated my difficult schedule. The installation was done by two people who were on time, professional and very neat. 1 month later I received a huge gas bill. I contacted Boris and he responded right away snd tried to figure out the problem. I found out later it was a billing problem with enbridge. It was a very pleasant experience purchasing from Cozy World. Highly recommemd them. And the Goodman furnace is great. So quiet.

The final estimates were identical to the prices quoted on their website. The wait time for installation is short and the installers arrived as scheduled and on time. The installation went very smoothly, the installers worked very dilligenlly, and we did not encounter any issues with the system since it was installed, reflecting the quality of workmanship. There were no surprise elements throughout this process, which is exactly what I was looking for. We would recommend this company to anyone.

I am very satisfied with our furnace, they arrived right on time and did a great job replacing our old furnace with a new high efficiency model. Once done they cleaned everything and installed a new thermostat.

We found Cozy World on Homestars when our furnace stopped working and found ourselves cold and fed up with waiting for our "regular" big name service provider to show up (they missed multiple appointments, without notice or apologies). Cozy World's service was exceptionally prompt, courteous and professional. They advised us not to spend money on additional products that we inquired about, even though this would have resulted in additional revenue for them (wow!). They also ensured that we were aware of various government rebates and provided a referral to Dritan at Greentech services who completed a full assesment and facilitated all of the paperwork for our rebates (Dritan was also outstanding to work with). BTW, we are also thriilled to find that our heating costs are now significantly lower. We couldn't ask for friendlier, professional, thorough or reliable service. Thank you!!!!

From the moment I met Fred, he was extremely personable and answered all of my question as the job progressed. I really appreciated the time he took to educate me on the intricacies of installing a furnace. I have three young children and our furnace decided to go to "furnace heaven" on one of the coldest day of the year. Fred came out on a Sunday and completed the job. Our family is very grateful for Fred's quick, friendly and professional service. I have no reservations on recommending Majestic Indoor Air to anyone.

Boris is very professional, he gives you honest opinion and recommendation. The work is done on time and I have no issues or objections whatsoever. Excellent service, very rare to find these days!

In the past 2 years I have had to deal with all sort of contractors – plumbers, hard wood floor, tiles, carpenters, painters, sprinklers, general laborers, fence, roof, electrician, carpet installers.. .and then - CozyWorld If you are like me and like to research before pulling the trigger – look no further, do yourself a favor, save time and avoid the hassle.. Our furnace was red-tagged (deemed unsafe by the gas company) in Feb 2011, couple of weeks before our second child was born. So I came across CozyWorld on Homestars - was kind of suspicious of all the positive feedback, but then again it was hard to ignore the sheer volume of posts… What can I say that has not already been said about Boris and his crew – Boris was punctual, straight to the point – no tricks, no gimmicks. Just came, inspected the ducts and recommended furnace size. I was considering a larger BTU furnace, he advised that I could go with a smaller model. I also asked for a humidifier and new filter box to be installed – again was given straight answers and reasonable price. His crew (I only remembered one name - Kam) arrived on time, did the work, ran exhaust pipes the way I wanted them to (took extra time and effort due to a tree getting in the way). They also: - took the parts from my old furnace which “THE BIG COMPANY” had disassembled in an attempt to convince me that the heater exchange block was leaking – it wasn’t. - noticed an old exhaust pipe left from the contractor who had installed my new water heater a year or so earlier (a contactor sent by “THE BIG COMPANY” ) – removed it and plugged the exterior wall (I wonder how much heat I have lost through that pipe). - unclogged the existing build-in drainage tubes and connected them to the furnace (the “THE BIG COMPANY” “specialists” sent to maintain my old furnace would throw parts and packaging on the floor and just leave it there – wires, fuses, nuts, bolts ), not to mention that they never considered the leaking furnace ( “ ..it is a high efficient furnace, it is supposed to leak”) Clean, quick and professional. My furnace room was left in a pristine condition. Boris sent a follow up email the next day, I had questions which he addressed immediately. If you are Canadian born (I am not) – don’t be afraid of the accent, I know that some folks have reservations and would rather go with the “safe” appearance projected by a slick sales person. In comparison - I had requested quotes from “THE BIG COMPANY” and another smaller service provider. Sales people would spend an hour trying to up-sale and convince me how the exhaust pipes cannot be run “here and there” and need to pay for “this and that”, how the furnace needs to be moved “here and not there” (I have large furnace room, so I guess they saw an “opportunity”). I was also given the runaround by another company which I called for a quote, I had to leave my detailed information, then someone called me 2-3 days later asking questions like “Do you now what an average heater costs like” etc., then setup an appointment – for a week later. By that time CozyWorld had installed my new furnace. It's been almost a year now, no problems (Boris also sent the rebate information – the next day). Highly recommended!!!

With an aging furnace and air conditioner, and time running out on the government rebates, we decided the time was right to upgrade. We learned about Cozy World through Homestars, and were pleased to find that the glowing reviews were true. Boris took a thorough look at our current furnace installation, and explained to us how we could maximize the efficiency of a new furnace. Boris didn't try to up-sell: he said that if we had not felt the need for a furnace humidifier in the past, we would not need one with the new furnace, since it will take less moisture out of the air than our old one. Boris also said that if we were happy with our current thermostat, there was no need to change it. The quote for the work was exactly what was laid out on the Web site, and Boris took the time to fully explain the 10-year warranty to us. My wife and I were so impressed with Boris that we decided there was no point in getting further quotes from other companies. The next week, Kam and Jeff came to install the new furnace and air conditioner. They obviously took great care in their work, and by the end of the job the site was very clean and tidy. Since the old furnace had vented through the chimney, they sealed the chimney at both ends. The day after the installation, Boris followed up with an email asking us if the installation had met our expectations. He was also very prompt in submitting the  application for the Ontario Power Authority rebate. It was a pleasure dealing with Boris and the installers at Cozy World, and we recommend them without reservation. The Goodman furnace is very quiet, and we look forward to using the air conditioner this summer.  

Boris and his guys are very professional. The work was performed seamlessly, tidy and clean. The new furnace is much quieter than the old one and temperature more even. I am pleased with having them do the work.

I found Boris on Homestars. He gave us a very reasonable quote and some good advice about our space. In the end we went with Boris because he was professional and has a high attention to detail. He let us know what to expect, how our small space would be a bit of a challenge - but that he could work around the issue. He clearly laid out a written estimate and helped me understand the warranty. Our installation went smoothly, his guys were on time and professional. The follow up was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Boris.
