Boris is honest about his products, services and timely and accurate in his communications. He'll take the time to answer all your questions, won't try to up-sell you and he won't call you back 20 times post-quotation. All big selling points for us. The quote was accurate and the installation started on time and went smoothly. Instruction given post-installation on operation of the unit. Great furnace: quiet, efficient w/ a small footprint. Have recommended Cozy World (via this website) to those we know needing HVAC services. Based on our experience (and hundreds of others here), you won't be disappointed in hiring Cozy World.

A terrifically positive experience! Quick, affordable quote, quick turnaround for the job, and the service was excellent. Installation was great. The workmen were clean, punctual and professional. We got a new AC and a replacement furnace, which was a full-day job. They finished 2 hours ahead of schedule (which is great, because my wife went into labour that day -- much earlier than anticipated). They left us with clear instructions for maintenance and warranty. I would definitely and unhesitatingly recommend Boris Sherman and everybody at Cozy World.

I had Boris to install central A/C in 2011. The installation was very smooth and A/C worked great the whole summer. When the winter's coming I realized A/C cover doesn't fit the unit. Called Boris and he responded very quickly and dropped a new cover at my house. I'm very happy with the service provided by Cozy World and would definitely recommend to my friends.

We engaged Boris from Cozy World based upon his homestars and we weren't disappointed. He and his team are by far the best HVAC people we've every dealt with. The price was reasonable and the service great. An unbeatable combination.

Like many here I found Cozy World through this site and it's many good reviews. Only after speaking with Boris on the phone and giving him our address did he realise that he had done work for the previous owner (see 1st Homestars review from "Rob" - same house!). I had quotes from other companies for a new A/C system but Boris was the most reasonable and addressed all my questions and concerns. We have been very satisfied with the products and the level of service from the install team. Efficient, friendly and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We called 3 companies to get quotes on getting a high effeciency furnace. Cozy World by far provided the best service from start to finish. Boris was very honest, efficient and answered all of our questions. He did not try to over sell us with anything more than what we needed as did the other companies. Our furnace died just before the onset of winter. So began my horror story or so I thought. We had a number of people give us quotes (some just gave us the quote over the phone which I found a little odd) but Boris at Cozy World was very helpful and accommodating. He came by a few days after I called him (planning it for a Sunday so that I could be home). He did a very detailed inspection and was very good in explaining what needed to be done. He left me with a very easy feeling and I was certain that he was as good as all the write-ups I had read about him and his team had said. I was not disappointed. The furnace was professionally installed by Fred and crew early the following week. Boris was very prompt with a follow-up call the following day to ensure I was completely satisfied. I have had the furnace for a number of months now and it has been working great. I would highly recommend Boris and the Cozy World crew.

OK, product, price, people, installation is obviously second to none but how about if you need service a few years down the road?? Well, here is my experience....bought a furnace and a/c unit from Cozy World a couple of years ago and had a small problem with the furance recently. I called Boris and left him a voice mail, he returned my call right away and sent someone down to repair the problem right away also. I will tell you, after sales service like this is very rare these days, Boris CARES and he will look after you many years after the sale so if you are looking for any HVAC needs, NO WORRIES with Cozy World and Boris!!!!!!!!!!!

One month after the install seems like a good time to write a review. It`s long enough to get used to the new rhythm, yet the memory is still fresh. We replaced our 20-year old oil furnace and 30-year old heat pump with a 95% Goodman 2-stage 70,000BTU furnace, and a 2-ton Goodman AC. And we love it! (Haven`t tried the AC yet.) We got several quotes from other contractors but I found Boris`candor to be the main selling point. OK, that and the 10-yr parts & labour warranty that he included at no charge. And he took the most time of any contractor who costed the job. That meant that his quote price was the actual invoice price. No surprises. The installation itself was a difficult one, involving the drilling of 4 holes through 2 walls (1 wall concrete, other brick) for the intake and exhaust lines. And the installers, Fred and Jamal, took extra special care not to damage my antenna coax cable when they put in the new gas and AC lines through the wall. All my questions were answered, and my only complaint was a torn AC cover, which Boris replaced a day later. Cozy World deserves a 10 out 10. Boris has a winning system.

Since the original quote to the installation and just today a service call 4.5 years after purchase, Cozy World is the best, fast, honest , courteous, very knowledgeable and concerned about the satisfaction of the customer. The best ...initial call returned quickly by Boris, quick excellent service by Fred....Thank you!
