Great work! The job quality exceeded all my expectations especially because of its complexity. The new high efficiency furnace was replacing 30 years old low efficiency one that was sitting in the tight confined space in finished basement. Everything was done on time and with very high quality.

We recently had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced. We want to thank Boris and his team for the excellent work. From start to finish they were very professional. The work was done within 2 days of contacting the company for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Cozy World. Thanks again.

Cozy World replaced our old furnace and air conditioner in Dec. 2019. Farhad (Fred) answered my first call promptly. He answered my many questions about equipment and installation clearly and patiently. The installation was completed as planned. He came to the house to check the air conditioner at first use at the start of the summer. Cozy World provided knowledgeable and competent HVAC service.

I was looking for a brand new furnace after the 15 years old furnace Carrier emitted smelly gas one day. It was so bad that the gas company had to shut it off. I called Cozy World on Saturday and didnt expect anyone answering. Boris the salesman answered the call and provided some good advice over the phone, including not to use 3M filters which could be the cause of the malfunction of the heat exchanger. He recommended using Lennox. Since some reviews indicated the Lennox is noisy, I expressed my concerns to Boris for using a different brand. Boris provided detailed explanations on my concerns and the noise issue is more of poor installation and not the unit issue. Once I agreed with the installation, Boris was able to arrange installation on the next day without any delay. The installation done by Sazeed and his team was great. They installed the connecting pipes and new filter housing to make sure it is proper. I am extremely happy with the installation and the service. They also completed the registration of the warranty the next day. Excellent follow-up.

The furnace stopped working. called the company, got a technician to come the next day and got all the information, we needed. The installation was done the next day, in a a very professional manner. Very professional team, clean work, accommodating to customer needs, very knowledgeable, service on time

This was the first time that we had dealt with Cozy World and so far we are very impressed. Fred gave us more information on the furnace than other companies did, he made suggestions for potential changes to locations of our equipment. The install team was courteous and skilled, I highly recommend this company.

We needed a brand new air conditioner this summer in our new construction home that previously did not have AC installed. After receiving a wide range of quotes from many different companies, we ultimately went with Cozy World who had one of the best prices, knowledgeable sales rep and good reputation. The sales rep (Robert?) was extremely knowledgeable, honest and responsive. He very thoroughly explained the many different options and helped us come up with a choice that we were happy with for our budget. We did experience an issue after the first day of installation, but the original installer promptly returned the next day and took care of the problem. The rest of the summer everything was flawless. If I had to give one negative, we were hoping our unit was going to be a bit quieter since we got an upgraded Lennox Elite model for that very reason, but it does seem quieter than some of our neighbours units etc so no major complaints.

Had my furnace and humidifier replaced this past week. I based my decision to work with Cozy World primarily on the great reviews I had read on a few different sites. I can see why they have top marks all around. Fred (Farhad) was quick to visit my home when I called and got back to me quickly with an estimate. When the installers came they were very professional. Saeed was able to provide answers to all of my questions and worked very thoroughly and went above and beyond even ensuring the older ductwork around the furnace area was properly taped as well as cleaning the a/c evaporator coils while he there. I had a couple of follow up questions afterwards which Fred answered very quickly. They also followed up with an email with copies of my warranty and invoice as well as enquired if everything was done to my satisfaction. Would not hesitate to use Cozy World again and will definitely be calling on them when i need any HVAC maintenance or service going forward. This is the model that every company should follow if they want to be considered top of their field!
