We live in an older home that did not have any air conditioning. After living with it for a few years we decided it was finally time to invest in a new central air system. We had researched many companies and received numerous quotes. Cozy World had the most reasonable price and Boris was a pleasure to deal with. He had is crew install the new A/C the next day and it only took a few hours. Not only did they do a great and speedy job with the installation, but they did not leave any signs of being there other than a colder and more comfortable home. If you're looking for a new A/C system, Boris and Cozy World are definitely a great choice.

We had water leakage from ducts and under the furnace when AC was working. Call to another company first, their guy came and without even looking at our AC started telling horrifying stories and giving completely unreasonable price for repair trying to make us order new AC. We called CozyWorld. They came and went right away to AC room without any talking, checked it, explained us what should be done and fixed the problem within an hour for very reasonable money. Great job!!!

We were very pleased to see this Company had an excellent Customer service from the estimation to Final implementation and handover stage. Boris is very helpful and his advise to us was useful, there was no pressure sale.His Price was very real and reasonable. Fred, who was the installer, was very professional in his work and made sure, by putting spreads over the carpet, that our carpet was not spoiled. Every stage of installation was very carefully done with neatness right up to the finish. Thank you Boris and Fred- Its a pleasure to see a Canadian Company with such good service and believe me ITS VERY RARE. Keep it up.

Boris spent the time to visit us, inspect, advise and sat down with us to discuss what he suggested we needed. They were flexible with our timing (we had to reschedule once) and came in and completed the job in one day. Kam and his installation team were wonderful. They were friendly, and very, very clean. They even took the time to move a refrigerator into the furnace room prior to installing the new furnace. They vaccumed the area before and after, spent time teaching us how to use the new HVAC system, and were finished by 3 pm. I would recommend Cozy World in a heartbeat. They were reliable, honest, and delivered what was promised, and even more. I felt very comfortable leaving this job up to this team.

Must say that this job was done like a fine steak at a fine restaurant. The job these guys did and the follow up was second to none. Usually when you deal with contractors of any service type, you get an uneasy feel and you just hope that you made the right choice. This was the best decision of all my service contract jobs. Hats off to Boris and to Kam and his crew. A great team and a pleasure to deal with!

After a lot of research I came across Cozy World because of all the exceptional reviews. I was extremely impressed by their website that had a wealth of information, and surprised to find prices listed. I immediately felt that they were extremely transparent and stood apart from the other companies i had researched. I gave Boris a call and he was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He gave me a price over the phone that was excellent and far better than all of the other companies I had spoken with. I felt very confident in dealing with him based on all of the positive reviews I had read on various websites. Kam and his crew arrived at our home to install the a/c unit. They were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We ran into a few unexpected things; it was dealt with positively, and quickly. I was impressed with the job that they did and the manner in which they did it. When they completed the job, my home was left the way it was prior to their arrival. The service I received from Boris, Kam, and their crew far exceeded my expectations. I will not hesitate to call them for any future jobs or recommend their service to anyone!

Boris came to quote and review the existing furnace, providing helpful information. His quote included 10 year parts and labour on the furnace. Overall, his quote was the best of 3. On installation day, the installers called to say they would be about 1/2 hour late. Once they arrived, they were careful to cover everything, they quickly removed the old furnace, and installed the new - no mess, no fuss. Job well done! Thanks to Boris and the team!

After getting a few quotes from other companies to have my a/c replaced, I decided to go with Boris. He was very informative, explained my options and told me exactly how the installation would be done. Boris gave me a great price and we arranged for the installation a week later. The installers were on time (actually a few minutes early) and finished the job earlier than I had expected. I would without a doubt recommend Boris and his team to anyone looking for an a/c or furnace.

The only challenges is whether my Brand New Goodman 14 SEERS unit will stand for it's reputation.

Cozy World is rated with A+! This is true. Boris, the owner, is an expert. He made estimates taking into account a lot of details and explaining them for me. Very professional crew worked quickly and neatly. After the work was accomplished, Kam, the installer, patiently and in detail instructed me regarding the furnace and programmable thermostat use. His helpers Kostas and Jeff were very skilled. Thanks a lot to the Cozy World team!
