Recently cozy have replaced and installed the Goodman furnace and humidifier. The job was done on time and so nice. The pricing was reasonable and the service was very reliable!! Good job again, Cozy!!

New furnace installed last year. Excellent service/price. Was having some power problems a week ago with furnace and air conditioner. Boris sent out his crew to investigate. Quick check revealed it was the thermostat which that were able to fix. Very much appreciated their help.

Boris came out quickly to provide an efficient quote; our house is not the most straight forward for identifying a good place for the AC unit nor was the basement easily accessible for wiring. Boris recommended a reasonable approach with a fair quote, and his team came out within a couple of days and executed the job quickly and efficiently, as per the original plan discussed at quote time. Both Boris and his team were polite and courteous. The unit itself was a smaller version, Boris was honest from the beginning that we didn't need to get anything too big to cover our square footage.

The experience with Boris and the installation team was excellent. They have this type of work down to an art! Replaced a furnace, air conditioner and replaced a hot water tank with a tankless model in 9 hours and did it professionally with good fit and finish!

When I wanted to change my central air conditioning 2 years ago I contacted Boris and 3 other companies. Boris gave me 100% accurate advice and steered me in exactly the right direction. He stuck 100% to the quoted price and actually did a little more than he was contracted to do. His installation was perfect, they explained the operation of new unit well, and Boris filled out and followed up on the $500 rebate I was to receive. His pricing was also excellent. When I phoned him yesterday to recommend a friends upcoming job to him he could still remember most of the details of my installation and home configuration from the top of his head. If I could award it he would get an 11 out of 10. On my recommendation he also did my friend's A/C and furnace and also did a perfect job there. When I need a new furnace I will only make one call - to Boris! You can't go wrong with Boris and Cozy World.

I used Boris and Cozyworld to install a new furnace in 2007. When I had to replace my old central air unit I had no hesitation in calling them again. Boris came and inspected the old unit and made suggestions for the new one. He gave me an excellent price up front and Kam and his crew arrived two days later, on time, and ready to work. They are clean, efficient, and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozyworld to my friends and family. It is a first class operation with great prices and no bull.

Boris was one of the 4 contractors that came to our house in March and provided us a quote. His - turned out to be the lowest in cost. When we decided to proceed with the job (end of May '10), I have already lost my copy of the quote and thought that Boris quoted me for a 2ton A/C as the other 3 contractors. When he found his copy of the quote, he corrected this and told me that he actually quoted me for a 2.5ton (without me seeing the actual quote). This sold me into going with Cozy World, at this time and age, it is very difficult to find honest people anymore especially one in the service business. Also, he provided us a very flexible payment scheme. His crew arrived on time, finished on time and did a clean and excellent job in installing our new A/C. They even replaced the pipe for our humidifier as it was broken. Everything on the quote was done(found my copy after the job was done). We are very satisfied with the way our new A/C works. Cooler and less noise. We certainly would recommend Cozy World to all our friends and to everyone who are looking for an excellent heating and cooling contractor.
