My old furnance and AC were nearly 20 years old. When the compressor went, we decided to replace rather than repair. I got multiple quotes from different people and Boris was by far the most professional and informative person I dealt with. He took his time examining the current state of things and sat down with me for 30 minutes or so to explain the ins and outs of how heating and cooling work in a residential home, and what the different options were for my house (we went with a 2 ton AC and 60k BTU modulating furnance). (The other people I spoke with spent about 5 minutes with me, and didn't even tell me basic things like the size of the furnance or AC without prompting.) After we decided to go ahead, Boris was able to schedule the work for a few days later. His crew (2 guys) showed up on time and were also very professional. The very first thing they did was laid down some drop sheets to protect our floors - something many contractors do NOT do. They told me at the start the work would take about 7 hours - and completed it in almost exactly that amount of time. When it was done, they explained the ins and outs of the new thermostat, filters, and that I needed to keep the existing humidistat fully on all the time (because the thermostat has a separate control for it). I can't recommend Cozy World enough. Everyone I worked with was very friendly, professional, and happy to answer every question I had.

Had our 30 years old AC and furnace replaced by this company in 2009. 2 ton AC and high efficiency furnace both made by Goodman. Professional and courteous team arrived exactly on the schedule and performed the installation flawlessly. The installed equipment worked without a single issue all 8 years we owned that house. I highly recommend this company for all your home HVAC needs.

Called multiple company for quotes regarding a new furnace and AC, of all the quotes, Boris gave me the most detailed quotes, and suggessted additional improvements, Oleh and his assistant came in and performed the installation just before the long weekend. They did an excellent job

I cant recommend these guys highly enough. I had them install central air conditioning at my place, which already had a gas forced-air furnace. These guys are pros, great to work with and very patient and unrushed. I have an old house, so there were challenges. One challenge was - I got a Nest thermostat to install - and it was causing the furnace to turn on and off. They took the time to troubleshoot with Nest for about an hour or more, trying everything they could. Unfortunately, in the end my wiring wasnt compatible with the Nest (it was an unsupported vltage), so I had to return it. But Farhad gifted me a new thermostat he had. Pretty nice. They also handled all the rebates, so I just had to confirm them by email. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer any question I had. I can see why these guys are at the top of Homestars and I thought the price was reasonable despite their high standing on Homestars.

I had an issue with my AC/furnace last Friday I called Fred and he replied right away He fixed the problem in no time, Cozy World is really No 1 when it comes to customer satisfaction. Working with the professionals from Cozy World was an absolute pleasure from the start. Boris, Abass and David where kind, very knowledgeable, hardworking and reliable, I would not hesitate to recommend them! I could not possibly list all the ways they surpassed my expectations in one small review. I will say that it was possibly the best customer experience I've ever had - certainly pertaining to home improvements and renovation. I will never hire anyone else for my heating, cooling and hot water needs. Thank you guys so much!

We had a complicated HVAC setup due to being in an older townhouse complex. Cozy World was one of several companies we called in to have a look. Boris won us over with his very clear, no-hard-sell approach. Kam and his crew came to perform the installation and was very efficient. Everything went in and out in one day and they were very tidy. Boris also handled all the rebates to make things as easy as possible. We were very pleased with Cozy World and would highly recommend them for any AC or furnace installation.

I replaced the entire Furnace/AC system, including the filter, humidifier, thermostat and also the water heater. Fred already installed a gas line at home, so I called him again and I'm glad I did. The installer Kam was very professional and clean, they definitely know what they are doing. Once again, I had an excellent experience with Fred and the team. I would totally recommend Cozy World to anyone...

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in the winter. We received various quotes but Fred's price, for the same product, beat all others. Fred was courteous, took time to explain the issues with our previous furnace and extremely prompt and professional. He explained that our basement wasn't vented properly, which had caused our previous furnace to overheat and break, so he went ahead and drilled vents outside and within the basement. Fred went above and beyond and we are extremely happy with the product he sold us.

We had Cozy World check out our AC and furnace 3 years ago when we bought our home. They told us while they were old, until something broke we were good. We got 3 years out of the system, then called them in once needed. Theyve always been genuine with their advice and did a great, quick, clean job when it came to it.
