After I've made my decision to go ahead with the installation, the crew moved in the next day and finished the job quickly and professionally. New cable had to be ran between the furnace and my Nest thermostat to support all of the features and the guys did an amazing job running the cable with minimal damage to the walls. Overall, happy customer here. Everything works as expected. I can now control my humidifier with my Nest app :) I recommend Cozy World if you need a new furnace!

After a basement underpinning job we needed to relocate and replace the furnace, this required new duct work. We also decided to get a new air conditioner, air cleaning system and a new humidifier. The guys from Cozy world were professional and thorough. I was impressed by the detailed quote (much more detailed than the other quotes I received) and with several options for me to choose from. When I sat down with Fred, he gave me an assortment of options and answered every question that I had. I was also very impressed by the hard work of the installation team. These guys spent two long days at my house and they installed everything perfectly. They were machines. I tend to do things myself when I can as I am a bit of a perfectionist. I was really impressed by the detail these guys went to, even going as far as using a level to making sure that the vent pipes were perfectly vertical. I would highly recommend Cozy world and have already recommended them to friends and family. I had a tankless unit installed by another company and the guys at Cozy world pointed out that the gas line was not proper (3/4" connection off of a 1/2" connection). They informed me that you cannot go from a smaller connection to a larger connection. That made sense. They didn't stop there though. They installed a tee off of the 3/4" line in the utility room so that the problem could be corrected. These are guys that will go the extra mile. I think that's what impresses me the most about these guys, you don't get what you pay for, you get more. If I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World.

My HVAC system was getting old, when my A/C unit turned on it sounded like a small plane trying to take off. My house would shake when the furnace motor kicked in. I sought out quotes from four different companies and went with Cozy World. -They had the best price. -Boris took the time during his initial visit to explain the components of the HVAC system and to help me understand what I was buying. -On the day of the install the Cozy World installers were great. They showed up on time, they were polite and quick. They explained my new system to me and when they were done everything was left neat and clean. My new system is quiet and I am very pleased with the level of service at Cozy World.

I decided to go with Cozy World because Boris was most responsive to all my questions. His quote was very competitive. His workers were exceptionally polite and very clean. We bought a furnace from Cozy a couple years ago, after researching many companies, and their service, recommendations, installation and pricing were all great. This week our furnace stopped working, and we couldn't figure out why. We called in and they tried to help us troubleshoot it over the phone, to no avail. Right away the next morning Fred came over to have a look, and he found that I had put something against the intake vent outside, so no air was getting in. Fred didn't charge us anything, even though he could have and I bet more other companies would have. We love these guys they're not just there to get the sale.

After meeting with Boris to discuss our needs, we selected CozyWorld to install our new furnace and air conditioner. We were impressed with the thorough information provided to us regarding products, service and price. The installers, Kam and Yasha arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day to complete the job. The work areas were left clean and all garbage was removed. The service provided to us by Boris and his team is remarkable and we would definitely recommend CozyWorld to our family and friends.

An amazing and professional group of people to deal with. From Farhad the sales rep. to the installer Fred and his helper, they know what they are doing for sure. Very neat and spotless site after they left. As for Farhad, very humble person and easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the deal we made and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Sina came to fix a problem we had with our air conditioner. After spending two hours fixing it, he told us "no charge" since he "should have spotted the problem when he came to service the furnace earlier in the month". Great customer service, as always. We love Cozy World!

Our 15 year old furnace was giving us a lot of trouble. Boris from Cozy World came to our house, explained in detail exactly what type of furnace we needed and took the time to answer all our questions. The installer, Kam, and his assistants were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The new furnace is so quiet you can barely tell it is running and we love the iComfort s30 wifi thermostat which shows the weather and can be operated from my iPhone.
