Modulating Furnace and AC installation It was time to replace our 20 year old furnace ad AC. Searched for a good, reputable HVAC contractor and found only a few with 4 and higher star ratings. We called 4-5 HVAC companies and discussed with all of them in detail. In the end we decided to go either with Cozy World (Lennox dealer) or another manufcaturer system (another HVAC company that was a bit cheaper, but did not have recent reviews). Cozy World provided to us the best combination of expertise, experience and value. What also made us decide to go with Cozy World was the excellent reviews on Homestars and the outstanding and prompt communication with Farhad who answered all our questions and provided all the documentation needed as well, prior to making the decision. Farhad was also able to give a very competitive price, compared with the other Lennox dealer. We had a new top of the line modulating Lennox Furnace and AC installed (XC25 and SLP98) along with a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat in March 2016. The house temperature remains constant and comfortable and the system is really quiet. The complex installation was performed flawlessly by Kam and his crew and it took almost 11 hours, due to the fact that the AC unit had to be installed on the other side of the house and everything had to be re-routed. The installation was professional and everything was cleaned up before they left. Farhad performed a follow up with us and also helped by completing the warranty registration and submitting for the Lennox and OPA rebates. Many thanks to Cozy World for their excellent work. We would recommend Cozy World to anybody in need for HVAC work.

I got home from vacation on January 2nd and my furnace gave out on me. I called Cozy world and they were there the next day to check things out, and we had a new furnace up and running a few days later. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. The installation was very smooth and now we have a great new high efficiency furnace. They also followed up to make sure that we received our rebate of $250. I had my furnace installed by Cozy World in 2009, and had no issues until today - no heat, cold air coming from ducts. Looked at the furnace, noticed that combustion motor is not rotating. Rotated it by hand, it started to work but with a lot of noise like from dead bearings. 5 pm in the evening, called the company, talked to Fred - to my surprise he was at my door half an hour later with the motor in hand. Another 15 minutes -motor replaced, furnace works. All covered by warranty, parts and labor. Highly recommed to anybody. Thanks Fred!

My furnace broke and I immediately called Cozy World at around 10pm. Farhad was willing to come out late that evening but instead came early the next day. End result, my furnace was fixed before 9am.

Our furnace started giving off a burning smell and I called Cozy World Inc, Farhad got back to me within an hour and came that same morning. The motor was seized and he was able to replace it with a new motor as well as giving our furnace a general service cleaning and had the furnace up and running within an hour. Great service, would highly recommend.

Had to bite the bullet after our 20 year old Lennox furnace starting having issues, water leaking & gas valve malfunctioning. Searched for a good, reputable HVAC contractor and found a few. We had no heat and I definitely wanted a Lennox again, so Boris got the job as he was quickest to head over and take a look. He gave his estimate and recommendations. I completely agreed and the next morning unit was installed by Kam in a fast, tidy manner. Boris followed up by completing the warranty registration and submtting for IESO rebate.

We were out of town in January and our son-in-law checked our home to find the furnace dead and the house temperature at 49 degrees F. Fred came to inspect our 13 year old furnace and discovered that the CO readings were at unacceptable and at dangerous levels and that our furnace had serious corrosion issues. After providing us with several replacement options we chose a Lennox combination system that more than meets our needs and has excellent rebate opportunities. We worked with Fred from our vacation location and he was very accommodating in meeting our scheduling requirements. We would absolutely recommend Cozy World to anyone needing Heating and Air Conditioning systems and service.
