After looking at homestar reviews we hired Cozy World to replace our furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, Air Purifier, a new thermostat, Water Heater and a Heat Recovery Vent. From the very first contact till full installation, Cozy World has demonstrated exemplary professionalism, great service, were very responsive and had good product knowledge. Every person that we dealt with from Cozy World was extremely responsive and helpful. They earned our trust with their professionalism. For installation they were punctual, cleaned after finishing, and took time to explain us all aspects of installation. They consulted with us on location and positioning of devices all along. Thank you Fred, Kam and Vallie for doing an excellent job.

We purchased a new house and, unfortunately, it did not have an air conditioner installed. I called a couple of companies and Cozy World (Fred) was the most responsive and, most importantly, actually showed up for our scheduled appointment. Fred was upfront and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I asked him if the house needed a bigger unit and he flat out said no. He could have easily up sold but rather give us the right unit instead. The installation team was great too. They even fixed up some of the loose pipes they found in the furnace room. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I highly recommend Cozy World Inc. to anyone. I will know who to go when we have issues with our HVAC.

After using Cozy World's services multiple times, I have never been disappointed. They have always been honest, fast and affordable. Fred has been there from minor to major repairs and has taken emergency calls at the most random times. I own multiple properties so I require someone who is reliable, affordable and provides quality products and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!

I am not one to typically write online reviews but I felt I owed it to the company after the amazing service I revived. My furnace had been broken for a few days and I called a number of companies and no one was prepared to help troubleshoot over the phone as I assumed it was not a major issue. When I finally connected with cozy they took the time to help me resolve the issue. they spend 60min on the phone with me at 9pm before we resolved the issue. These guys totally went above and beyond. They easily could have insisted on a service call and charged me a few hundred dollars. It's nice to find a company who is not focused solely on their bottom line I would not hesitate to refer them or to hire them again

Our furnace decided to give up on us during this recent cold weather in April. After contacting technicians that I have used in the past, no one was able to arrange their schedule to have a look at my furnace except for Fred. After speaking with him over the phone he appreciated the sense of urgency and made arrangements to come first thing in the morning and called while on route to confirm. Once he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately and have the furnace back up and running in minutes. He was professional, punctual, informative and honest. Fred and Boris have earned my full respect and I will only be doing business with them from this point forward. And the icing on the cake, is that their service charge is half of what others charge - phenomenal!

Good consultation beforehand. Detailed quote. Reasonable price. Ready to go to work without delay. Turned up early on the agreed date, stayed late, completed the job in one day. Cleaned up afterwards. Lots of good advice on using the new system. Pleasant and courteous. Helped with collecting rebates. Good people to do business with. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Had a no heat situation with a 20+ year old furnace. I literally got 5 quotes, and chose these guys because of Farhad's knowledge, honesty, and pricing. Install was on time and clean, and the guys even repaired my basement stairs which were already broken!!

It was time for me to replace my 20 year old furnace and hot water heater. After doing a bunch of research, I kinda knew what I was looking for, and now just needed to get some questions answered, as well as get a few quotes. Cozy World was one of the contractors on my list of calls to make, and I spoke to Farhad, who set up an appointment to meet with me. He arrived on time, as set, and was very straight forward in answering all my questions. He looked at my house, and old furnace, and said he would get back to me with a quote. Later that evening, I received clear, detailed quotes for each of the options we had discussed. (Modulating vs 2 Stage, and water heater.) I emailed back asking a few more questions, and it was replied to promptly. I have worked in the trades for many years, so I have a pretty good sense of when someone is trying to double talk you, or is being straight up with you. I also have a respect for someone who is trying to sell me a product, or service, who has actually worn the tool belt at one time. I got a good gut feeling from Farhad. I wasn't going to base my decision solely on price, but also found Cozy Worlds pricing to be competitive and fair. I ended up going with a Lennox SLP98U Modulating furnace, iComfort thermostat, and John Wood 50 gal Power vent water heater. Install was quickly scheduled, and happened within a few days of us talking. Fred arrived on time as scheduled, and proceeded to disconnect and remove the old equipment. A short while later another gentleman (sorry, I forgot his name) arrived, and they continued with the disconnecting and dismantling of the furnace, old abs venting, and hot water heater. Farhad then showed up with the new equipment, and they brought in the new, and removed the old. One of the telltale signs for me of a good, safe company, is how clean they keep the jobsite. 5 stars for Fred and the crew! I found Fred to be quite open, pleasant, and easy to talk to, and when they came upon a minor clearance issue with the venting for the water heater, he took the time to ask me what I thought, and I had suggested re-clocking the blower motor, to aid in the clearance, and he was completely open to that, but also suggested a minor forward movement of the tank, that would allow for an simpler easier vent route. His suggestion worked out to be the best way. Rest of the install went quickly, Fred installed, and set up the thermostat, and both were up and running later that day! I believe that the quality of your work is your signature, and that is what you leave behind for others to see. It was obvious to me, that Fred takes pride in his work. They next morning I received an email stating that the rebate process was already started and was given clear simple instructions on how to complete the process. Big thanks to all involved from Cosy World. I highly recommend them! I attached some before and after pics. BTW I had a bit of trouble trying to figure out how get the programming of the thermostat for night time sleeping, and morning wake up temperatures, to kick in. I called Fred, (who returned my call immediately) and he helped facilitate the solving of the problem, that actually took two minutes to fix. :-)

Our Furnace stopped working, Fred explained: that fixing the problem will cost more then half the cost of a new one. And since our furnace was 12 years old builders grade, we have decided to go for a new one. Over all we were very impressed with the professional work done and on timely manner, as promised. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We have a very old home with a crawl space, so our needs were a little unique. Space was very limited and the existing furnace and hot water tank were extremely old. Cozy world came out to give us a quote the same business day and they were extremely thorough. As the existing furnace was over 30 years old, a lot had to be brought up to code in regards venting, power and other items. We hunted around getting quotes from several providers but Cozy Worlds turned out to be the best value. Not cheapest, as that was not our aim. But still extremely competitive. The installation went extremely smooth, zero mess left behind. They were gracious enough to do an install on a Saturday as we both work full time which was a huge bonus. Fred answered all our questions during and after the install, and Farhad followed up the next day to ensure we were happy with everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. From Sales to Install it was all done very professionally.
