    Furnace Repair

    Top notch service! When our furnace stopped working last Monday, I gave Farhad a call, who was great in several ways: (1) I was able to connect with him by phone on my first try, (2) he was able to come by within 24 hours (at a time of my choosing), (3) the morning of the service call, he phoned to let me know when he was close by (he was a few minutes early, which was great), (4) when he was here, he was professional, courteous and immediately recognized the problem and repaired it. The furnace is working like a dream again...and we were amazed by how reasonable the price was. I would absolutely recommend Cozy World Inc! Thank you, Farhad!

    Water heater tank

    I had this company install a new furnace a few years ago. Yesterday my water heater tank short circuited. I called Boris and he responded right away, and sent someone to take care of it - the same day! The installation was done well, clean and tidy. Very very happy with the service. This company will undoubtedly meet all your expectations.

    Furnace, AC, HWT replacement

    Installed new furnace, AC, and HWT. Fred and Kam did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and explained the entire process. The installation was neat and tidy. They left the work area very clean. Fred is very responsive to my calls and SMS. He made sure we were fully satisfied. We had a minor issue with the HWT and they came back promptly and fixed the problem. Really great customer service. Highly recommended.

    Furnace Service

    I'm a repeat customer. Great service in very short notice. I noticed my furnace was not working at 100%. I called Fred who came responded right away and completed the service call within 1 hour!! Courteous, professional, clean, and best of all my furnace got fixed! If I had let it go, my furnace would have eventually died and cost me thousands! Very happy with the timely service and Fred's product knowledge.

    Furnace and air conditioner installation

    I had the furnace and air conditioner installed a month ago. The service from Cosy World was professional and courteous, and best of all they were very neat and tidy. Given we had 2 feet of snow outside, I was expecting a mess with the constant in and out of the house traffic, but it was neatly executed with minimal disruption. They also followed up with the warranty registration and rebate application. Very happy with the whole experience.

    Furnace Repair

    We came home from work a couple of weeks ago on one of the coldest nights this winter to find our furnace broken and a very cold house. We had purchased our furnace from Cozy World several years ago, so I called for service. This was at 7:30 in the evening, and within an hour Fred was at our door. He had the furnance fixed and running smoothly again within minutes. Fast, professional and reliable, thank you Fred/Cozy World!

    New Furnace

    We had an 18 year old furnace that died on a very cold stretch of February 2015, that day was around -25 degrees. I had someone come in to try and fix it but the parts store was closed and had to wait for the next day. Luckily we have a gas fireplace and space heaters that kept us warm overnight. That night I made some phone calls realizing that we needed a new furnace and fixing the old one made no sense considering the price (around $1000 vs $3500 for a new one) Cozy World Inc/Boris was the first to respond to my phone call and book an appointment first thing in the morning. He was punctual, polite, not pushy and reasonable. He was able to get his team in that afternoon to install and by 5:30pm they were finished and cleaned up and we had heat once again. We had some special requests for the install which they respected. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new furnace. Thanks.

    Heating and Air Conditioning

    Wow, this company really blew our minds. From the initial call, to installation, to follow-up and rebates etc... everything was methodical and professional. Fred was outstanding and offered the best customer service one could ever imagine and was very helpful in deciding what product we would require. We ended up installing a Lennox furnace as well as air conditioner and his price was more than fair. After 2 weeks we had a minor issue and Fred was at our doorstep and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. Kam (the installer) was extremely informative, pleasant and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend Cozy World Inc for your HVAC needs.

    New Furnace

    Furnace died. Temp was -20 outside. We were in trouble. Boris picked up my call at 12:40 pm and was at our home by 3pm. Boris is personable and a straight shooter. Boris called later that night to check in and let us know he had picked up the furnace and that Fred would be by in the morning at 9:30am. As promised, Fred was at our house the next ay at 9:30am to install the furnace. Fred is prompt, helpful, efficient and a hard worker. Excellent work. Clean and tidy. I am so impressed and thankful I called. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them.

    Furnace & AC purchase & installation

    The info provided by Fred was detailed and clear so this meant no surprises when it came time for the installation. Kam & Vally worked incredibly hard and did a great job (the weather was freezing so a big thanks for braving the cold installing the AC). They did their best to ensure as little disruption was done when installing new vents which was/is appreciated. This was done just over a week ago. I am sure that in a year + from now all will still be running smoothly. Cost is fair and work done well.
