Our furnace decided to cut out unexpectedly in December and we decided to replace it, along with other aging equipment while we were at it. Farhad and his installation team were prompt and professional. What impressed me the most was their willingness to answer all of our questions, even after the job was done. We are very happy (and warm).

Cozy World came out on top out of 4 or 5 A/C contractors we surveyed. Straightforward and to the point, competitive pricing, respectful to our requests, no pushy sales attempts, easy to reach, good email/text communication (important nowadays). Inspected the site, gave us time to prepare and installed a new A/C and furnace within a week of initial contact. Clean work, no mess. Arranged for all applicable Ontario and manufacturer rebates, followed up with the results. The new smart thermostat system is easy to use, efficient and reliable. Had no issues so far, it's been almost a year since the install.

I had to replace the furnace and AC. Cozy World provided excellence in service. A great overall experience. I was lucky to find this company on HomeStars - thanks to the previous reviewers.

I contacted Cozy World to get a quote to replace my 18 year old furnace, it was over sized and had started to crack on the vents, Boris arrived the next day and walked me through the options helping me decide on which furnace best met my needs. I received quotes from other companies but I trusted Boris the best, he arranged the install 2 days later and the installers did a superb job, all the loose wiring and piping was gone and a shiny new furnace in place. I love how tidy the job was. Love dealing with real pros Thanks again guys

Our 18 year old furnace was about to kick the bucket. I spent time looking around and called a few dealers. Fred from Cozy World was very prompt and came out the next day. He wasn't pushy and spent time explaining everything about him and his company before discussing their products. The installation team was early; they were courteous and efficient and when they left, it was as if they were never here. except they left us with a quiet much better furnace. Thank you, I have no regrets working this this company. I get why they high marks.

I can't begin to write how happy I am that I called Fred at Cozy World:) I am a little late in writing this review, but I have to make sure that people know about this fabulous company. Our house got really cold due the evening of December 23rd, and we had just moved into our house 2 months prior. We have an infant at home, and the house was getting colder and colder. I searched around and found Cozy World on Homestars on Christmas Eve. Now I was really apprehensive and worried....who would be willing to help me out on Christmas Eve? I was convinced that my house (and family would be cold) until the following week (since Christmas Day fell on a Thursday). I called Fred at 10:30am on Christmas Eve, and he was at my place by 1pm. Amazing! He took a look and confirmed that the furnace could not be saved. He took the time to explain the different options that I had, and even played with my baby:) He assured me that he would do everything possible to get the new furnace installed ASAP. Before he left, he even took the time to try and see if he could get the old furnace working until the new one arrived. He spend almost 2 hours trying to replace various parts, but the furnace was dead. He then offered to give us some portable heaters that he had, so we could at least have some warmth. What a gentleman:) True to his word, he was able to arrange a new furnace to be installed on Boxing Day (Friday), truly amazing since everything was closed the previous day. He was also able to assist with arranging any possible rebates and warranty information. His installed team arrived right on time and did an amazing job, not leaving any dirt or debris, and they also removed the old furnace. Since then, I have had a few questions, and Fred responds immediately. I cannot begin to stress how please and happy I am with Cozy World, and encourage everyone to call Fred and his team if they need anything. Well done!

My furnace broke and I was searching for a good contractor. I found Cozy World from homestars and I left a message that I was looking to replace my furnace. Boris called me and came the same day at night to give me a quote and took the time to explain everything along with some recommendations. I got 3 quotes and I went to Boris and his team because I felt that they would do the best job. The job was done very well, they were very clean, and they took the time to install the furnace. You can feel that they take pride in their installs, no short cuts, everything has to be perfect. Thanks again Boris and his team of installers. I would recommend them for sure.

I called Fred and he was in my area and dropped in to look at my furnace which was not working and changed the filter which had been overlooked by us and was filthy.He got it working in 5 minutes and said he felt bad charging me but took $25.00 and made me a customer for anything HVAC

My Carrier furnace stopped working properly. It heated a bit but did not make a temperature which I set up on the thermostat, like I set 22 C but the furnace heated only up to 19 C. I called to Cozy World and a person Fred came to my house in 3 hours and fixed the problem. He told I did not do internal cleaning in my heating system for a long time (which was a truth), and there were a lot of dirt and water accumulated inside the heater in the basement. He cleaned it and that fixed the problem. He also advised me to clean the heater at least twice a year, which I did not know about such maintenance requirement before. Good work.

I reached out to Cozy World as I was impressed with the perfect 10 score after over 700 reviews. Although skeptical about these types of scores I called Cozy World and left a message and had a return call from Fred very quickly. I briefed Fred on the situation and due to some concerns over my old furnace he was able to stop by the following day. Fred was very pleasant to work with and gave us our options on what was available and explained everything in regards to the packages. We decided to go ahead with the install, Fred had the technicians in a few days later. Cam and Vali showed up right on time, they were both very pleasant and courteous, they took the time to lay out drop cloths to keep everything clean. Cam was happy to answer questions and explained everything that would be happening and made some great suggestions based on some renovations I have planned. Both Cam and Vali were meticulous in their work and took the time to make everything not only function correctly but also look clean and well organized. My wife and I were both very pleased with their work, we were also happy to receive a follow-up call and email from Fred asking how everything went and if we were happy with the install. After our experience it is pretty clear why Cozy World continues to get 10 ratings, I would highly recommend Cozy World to my friends, family and anyone looking for HVAC work. I will definitely be looking to call upon them again for the upcoming renovations.
