We did a lot of research before we decided on a new furnace. Boris and the team at Cozy World gave us the best service, pricing and product. We are very happy with our new furnace and air conditioner. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World to any of my friends.

Very Impressed!!!! Our 10 year old furnace wasn't reaching the set temperature and was making some unusual noises. I called Fred (416-910-3429) to see if he would come over to have a look. He first guided me through some trouble shooting steps. He told me to restart the furnace and called me back 15 minutes later. The furnace was quiet again and the house was back up to the set temperature (very comfortable). I will definitely call Fred in the future for any Furnace and A/C service and maintenance needs.

Recently I noticed some water under my Furnace. I called Cozy World to check it out. I am very happy with the service I received. Repairman was on time, fixed the issue within 30 min, and the price was very reasonable. Great work, thanks!

We found Cozy World using HomeStars, as they were by far the highest rated HVAC contractor. We had a complicated conversion needed to be done, from an oil furnace to a gas furnace, plus we needed a direct vent wall mounted furnace added which involved 175 feet of gas line installed underground. We were willing to pay more for a good contractor, but found that Cozy World was very price competitive, so we chose them, hopeful they would live up to their reputation. Their success is simple....they are very focused on 100% customer satisfaction. They do what they say they will do, regardless of any unforeseen problems they run into. They do their work in a very clean, organized and professional way, for the price they quoted. We actually asked Fred (Farhad) for some extra scope items to be done while he was here with his crew and he did them all and did not charge any extra. We would 100% recommend Cozy World, as they are a great company!

Superb service! There's a reason these guys have such a stellar rating here! We had an old furnace and hot water tank installed with new equipment, and an AC unit added at the same time. We had 5 quotes from a selection of highly-rated companies we researched on HomeStars, and Cozy World was in a class all their own. Fred noticed some quirks about our installation that no one else had paid any attention to, which gave me an immediate idea of how serious these guys are about attention to detail. He explained everything that needed to be done clearly, and his quote was by far the best when you took into consideration the quality of the components they would be using, as well as the items he had noticed that needed to be fixed in order to give us the best installation possible; when you come right down to it, the installation is almost more important than the components in any HVAC setup, so you really want to go with someone who will pay attention and do it right. Not only was their work incredibly clean and tidy, but they even took the extra effort to rebuild an access hatch under our porch that had never been usable before -- amazing! Post-installation, they've also been fantastic. We had a couple of questions the next day, and Fred showed up within 1/2 an hour of our call to take a look and give us some insight about a few technical details that immediately set our minds at ease. They're easy to reach and very responsive even after you've paid the bill, which is crucial in a long-term relationship like this. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service and support we've received from Cozy World -- they're hands-down the best. I won't just recommend them to my friends and family, I will *insist* they give them a call in the future.

Boris and the installation crew were excellent. Boris responded very promptly and provided an honest assessment and understandable explanation of what was needed. The installation team arrived on time and were knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. A definite 10 star experience.

I needed to replace my basic 25 x 16 air filter and a humidifier. I went directly to the Homestars website and began to read the great reviews for Cozy World. I called and spoke to Fred and told him what I needed. A date was set for him to attend and see the furnace. He attended and a quote was given. He was very honest and knowledgable about his products. I decided to go with the Lennox PureAir filtration system and the Honeywell humidifier. Another appointment was made and two days later he arrived and installed them both. The installation went smooth and Fred was a perfectionist. He even cleaned up after when he was done. I have dealt with all the bigger HVAC companies and they don't even come anywhere close to Cozy World. Fred is an absolute professional. I would like to thank Fred for an excellent install and from now on I will be calling Cozy World for my service / cleaning even though I have two years left on a service contract from one of the big HVAC companies. Fred also provided an email link for a Lennox rebate. I only had the filter and humidifier done a day ago and the air in the house is extremely clean. The PureAir system really does make you breath easier so if you do have breathing problems like asthma you will be relieved to know that it really works.

Boris Sherman, the owner of the company, was outstanding, as was the installation crew. Everything they said they would do was carried out with care and complete honesty. Highly recommended.

Boris and his guys were prompt, friendly, and very good at honestly communicating with us about the situation with our furnace and AC and our options for replacing them. They worked hard and went to great lengths to make the whole experience pleasant and hassle-free for us. The price was very reasonable relative to other quotes we obtained.
