We are new home owners and needed our entire hvac new as the previous owners rented their equipment and we did not want to acquire their contract. Boris came and gave thorough inspection of the house followed by quote for a lennow furnace, air conditioner and rinnai tankless hot water heater. When we were ready, the installers came on the right day and time. They worked all day and early the next day to ensure the job was done properly and efficiently. They cleaned up the area very well and left no mess. I also contacted many other companies to compare quotes and found cozy world to be better in price, knowledge and customer service. We are very happy with the equipmeny and service from cozy world. Boris even assists you with the opa and lennox rebates procedure. I would recommend and use them again. Johm

We just had our furnace replaced and are very happy with Cozy World. Boris did not hard sell and gave us an honest assessment of the type of furnace that would best suit our town house. Installation was done efficiently and with no mess and no inconvenience to us. Boris even started the paperwork for our OPA Rebate and Parts Warranty. I would highly recommend Cozy World to any one thinking of replacing their furnace and air conditioner.

As soon as we found out there was a crack in our heat exchanger and we were red tagged, we immediately looked for heating and cooling companies. Cozy World came up number one on Homestars and after reading the reviews and experiencing their work first hand, we now know why and definitely recommend them to other homeowners. As soon as I made the call, Farhad came out to our home late Friday evening to inspect and provide us with a quote. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done; he provided us with various options to meet our budget and also walked us through the rebates we qualified for. Farhad was amazing at answering our questions, texts and emails promptly. When it came time for the work to be done, Fred and his partner came to our house, the Saturday of a long weekend and worked all day until the evening. We were very impressed with the work that they did.

Fred was a pleasure to work with. Unlike others we vetted, he carefully listened to my concerns and developed a scope of work according to what I wanted. He even performed the install in difficult conditions, while my road was inaccessible. When there was a service concern months later, he arrived within the hour and dealt with it efficiently (it was our outdated thermostat, not his install). I would absolutely recommend him.

I would highly recommend Cozy World Inc. for the exemplary, timely and efficient service we received from Fred and his highly skilled team. As I communicated with Fred directly, I found him to always be a professional. What I also appreciated and found refreshing was that when providing quotes, he was quite candid about the product choices and wouldn't steer us towards the more expensive models if experience told him they weren't necessarily the best choice and/or value. He put his customer's satisfaction above making more money. His rates were quite reasonable for the high quality, energy efficient products we chose. In addition, he was always open to receiving calls from us and happy to address any questions we had throughout the process. The job itself involved installing a new furnace, AC and water tank in a very tiny space. Our old 50 gallon water tank had to be removed and other steps were taken to ensure that everything was done properly and efficiently. We are very happy with the team that was brought in to do the installation. After the installation, Fred, quite quickly sent in our Lennox rebate info and contacted us to inform of next steps to ensure that we obtained the $1150 in rebates available to us. The approximate cost cited is after the rebates are taken into consideration. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks Cozy World!

We remodelled out 20 year old Aurora home and it as time for a new Furnace and Air Conditioner. I found Cozy World via the Homestars site and chose them because of their excellent reviews. Boris came out the next day to look at my current system that was on it's last legs. He provided me with precise details and explanations of what I needed and I really liked his honest approach I had thought about purchasing a tankless water system (they they sell) and he informed me that for my home and usage it would be a waste of money. I truly appreciated that honesty when other companies are only to eager to take money where they can get it. Boris helped me save and further explained just what type of high efficiency system I needed. The installation was booked a few days later and the technicians were very friendly and explained everything. They removed the old system and installed a brand new system and new gas lines and left the home spotless. Boris followed up the next day with the rebate claim paperwork and it was all very seamless. I highly recommend the Cozy World team. Job well done!

We contacted Farhad recently after noticing our air conditioner had stopped working, and were pleasantly surprised when he arrived at our door within 10 minutes! After confirming that our aging furnace and air conditioner needed replacing, he walked us through our alternatives and price points. Having selected a Lennox XC17 air conditioner, an EL296 furnace, and a communicating WiFi thermostat, his team arrived promptly and on time on the day promised, and were clean and courteous. We were carefully guided through the rebate process as well, and any questions we had were patiently answered. One of the best experiences with a contractor we have ever had!

Boris is one of the nicest guys you will meet, calm and knowledgeable, which in the whirlwind of major renovations was really helpful. We had to postpone a week and then suddenly needed the installation, he took time from his vacation to arrange it. Our installer, Kam, was equally a pleasure. The whole experience was great, everything works perfectly, couldn't be happier.
