Dial One was prompt, reasonable, helpful and courteous. When they were running even 10 minutes late they called to apologize! I've had other contractors run an hour late and not even bother to let you know. Wil was especially helpful, giving me some good advice and being very patient. They fixed our (luckily minor) problems on the spot and cleaned out all of our ducts. Thank you so much.

I called Dial One because they were NADCA certified and also local to me. They were friendly and professional on the phone and were able to set up an appointment for the next day. They cleaned all ducts, plus the furnace blower and a/c coils plus a dryer vent all for a flat rate price which was significantly lower than another NADCA certified company I called. They also advised us that the last people we had in to clean the ducts did a poor job. I heartily recommend Dial One.

Professional, customer service focused company. I bought a house from owners with cats and a dog. Ducts were full of hair, allergens, and dirt. Joe was helpful over the phone and answered my questions before I even asked them. I could tell he takes his business seriously. Will arrived to do the duct cleaning and aside from being thorough and explaining the process in detail, he also gave me some other helpful tips on my home reno and furnace maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them when it comes time to clean my ducts in a few years. Thank you Joe and Will for a job well done.

Called up Joe and he explained that they are NADCA certified, use all the proper equipment -- large vaccuuming truck, air pressure guns, agitators, etc. -- and that they charge a flat rate based on the size of your home and not the number of vents. I was sold...as the nearest competitor that I called gave me a price over $100 more claiming other company's don't clean like they do. Wil the duct cleaning specialist came and was friendly, courteous, personable and was more than happy to explain and show things to me while working. In fact he said, he'd rather have a homeowner watch what he's doing so they knew they were getting a job well done. Wil was observant and pointed out potential problems with my furnace and ducts. My HVAC is already running more efficiently, I can notice a difference, and after personally watching Wil do his work I can confidently say that my ducts are very clean. Thank you Wil and DialOne.

Great job. Very effective. It was only one guy, I was expecting 2 but, he worked double, he was fast, he knew what he was doing, explained everything to us before starting the job and the greatest part was that we were able to see his job from the beggining til the end. As a former duct cleaner I can attest to the quality of work performed. The technician went above and beyond to ensure the entire duct system was thoroughly cleaned. As an asthma sufferer, I noticed the difference as soon as the work was finished. No question as to who I will be calling next time I need my ducts cleaned, Dial One.

Joe was quick to reply for a request for a quote and was able to accommodate and arrange an appointment to do the work on short notice. Will came to the house at the arranged time, explained all the work that was to be done, and proceeded to complete the job within two hours. All questions or concerns were addressed and the work was carried out efficiently and effectively. Great job and highly recommended!

These guys were great! They came by to clean our ducts shortly after we purchased the house, and they were very knowledgeable and respectful of our house. They even found asbestos wrapping around our ducts, something our home inspector didn't even find the first time around. They cleaned everything very efficiently, and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Dial One to clean our ducts this past fall and were very impressed with their service. Wil was very professional, personable and pointed out things that needed our attention in the future. There was no up-selling or extras. He was thorough and got the job done in a timely manner. We will definitely use them in the future.
