    Duct cleaning

    Dial One was quick to respond to my request and came within the week to complete the job. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently, and the staff had a clear understanding of what needed to be done. They took the time to describe the process and show my husband and I what came out of the ducts. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing duct cleaning services.

    Duct cleaning

    Josh came to our place on a Saturday afternoon. He called to let us know that he was on his way, this was really appreciated! We were very satisfied with the work he did. Our only regret is that we did not have the dryer vent done at the same time! Highy recommended company!

    Duct Cleaning Service

    We purchased Duct Cleaning from Dial One Professional Duct Cleaners for the second time this year. The service, as usual, is impeccable! We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning and the end result, always surprised how there can be so much crap in stuck in our ducts! I highly recommend this company to everyone looking for Duct Cleaning in GTA

    Duct Cleaning

    Duct cleaning is usually a hustle, from the process of finding a company, booking the appointment, taking time off work, waiting for them when they are late etc. Dial One was nothing like that! They were the first company that I found on Google, I called them and they were at my house first thing Saturday morning (when it was convenient for me). They were right on time, even a few minutes early. Extremely pleasant to deal with, I dealt with Joe. I've ordered duct cleaning numerous times over the past decade, but never have seen equipment anything like these guys were using - state of the art! Everything was done much quicker then I expected. I was shocked to see how messy my ducts were before they came! I am recommending Dial One to all of my friends and family and to anyone researching them on HomeStars!!

    duct cleaning

    Booking with them was very easy as you speak with the owner directly. I called a few other places before hand and it's a maze of voice prompts...etc. and even then it was going to be a few weeks out. on the day of the appointment he called ahead of time to say he was going to be a few minutes late due to the weather that morning. a very nice touch as you never know if people will show up or not. finally they use quality equipment that is designed for duct cleaning.

    duct cleaning

    After doing some renovations we decided we needed to get our ducts cleaned. We called Dial one, and given the reviews on Homestars and the price they quoted, we hired them. They showed up on time and did the work. When we got our furnace serviced by our regular guys a while later, they commented on the fact that the duct cleaner did a great job, so that means a lot!

    Duct Cleaning

    I bought a new construction house and just had a baby so I wanted to make sure the house was clean well. The service was good. Josh was professional, friendly and explained everything to me. I chose this company based on Homestars reviews. I am happy with the service that Dial One provided and my vents are now clean but I don't notice much difference with respect to air quality.

    Duct Cleaning

    I recently moved into my home and wanted the ducts cleaned. I searched through HomeStars and found glowing reviews for Dail One. All communication with Joe was prompt and professional. The service was phenomenal thanks to Will. He was patient and walked me through all the do's and don'ts. He gave great advice and was very pleasant to deal with. I've recommended Dail One to other family members and would also do so for anyone here on HomeStars.

    Air duct cleaning

    Although they got off to a rocky start (their equipment was not working!) on their first visit, they were very pleasant to deal with. They apologized for the inconvenience and promptly returned a day later to do the job.They were very clean, thorough and helpful. Also cleaned my dryer duct for free. Overall a positive experience

    Thanks for the review! That had to be the worst day ever on that truck. In the morning of that day we hit some railroad tracks in Mississauga,HARD real HARD! Which in turn broke off the exhaust,not good.But lucky for me i know everyone in the auto industry so one of my friends was able to put on a entire one off custom exhaust which put us off by a hour and a half(5pm appt-630pm arrival).. Feeling good Now we arrive and set up start the truck and no air pressure? The Same tracks broke the steel pipes between the compressor and holding tank,3 trips to home-depot no luck! So sorry..I ended up working on that truck till 3am trying to cobble something together. So sorry for that every once and awhile duct trucks go boom.. I hope when we finally got there the service and job were great..If there's anything we can do for you call anytime...Thx again Joe

    duct cleaning

    Excellent service. Joe and Will were both professional and informative. Efficient service and we were very pleased with the results. We had our house and my parents house done from them and would definitely recommend Dial one to all!
