Fabulous experience with Dial One. The technician (Wil) arrived exactly on time for the appointment, was friendly and courteous, educated me about a number of aspects about the cleaning and answered my numerous questions patiently. I was very keen to see all the dirt that came out of my vents and he made sure I could see it. This company appears to have invested well in their equipment and personnel. Prior to leaving I was told that they strive for a satisfaction guarantee so if I have any issue at all with the service, they will be happy to come back and look into it at no charge. I was impressed enough to take photos and a video during the cleaning. I have uploaded it to a web album for public viewing along with detailed captions. As a busy lawyer, I'm taking the time to write this to express my gratitude to both, Joe (owner) and Wil Ouellette (technician who came out to do the work). My first contact with the company was with Joe by phone. Joe's friendly, courteous and engaging manner won me over and gained my confidence instantaneously. Once Wil showed up, my initial impressions were confirmed and reinforced. Wil presented with an easy rapport, friendly disposition and obvious knowledge of what he was doing. Wil took the time to walk me through the process, explaining what he was doing and giving me helpful tips for the future. Wil completed the work in a timely fashion with plenty of energy, enthusiasm and competence. These guys know what they're doing and know how to keep the customer happy. I would recommend Wil (and Joe) to anyone.

Joe was prompt in answering my email query for a quote and any questions I threw at him. Wil arrived promptly at the appointed time, explained everything he was going to do and why. Fished out the biggest lint ball I've seen! Most excellent service and I would recommend Dial One to anyone, any time. And will use their services again.

After a major reno I decided to get my ducts cleaned. Found "Dial One" on homestars and after reading all the great reviews, I didnt bother calling anyone else. Joe was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to explain the whole process in detail. Will showed up on time for the appointment and thoroughly explained what his tasks were and provided tips for our furnace maintenance. Quick and professional service.

Excellent service on the phone with Joe, who explained what the service included. Joe was quite flexible with scheduling a duct cleanng. When Josh arrived, he was professional and explained the process to us. Josh went the extra mile with getting access into our furnace. He was punctual, friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. At the end of the cleaning, Josh pointed out a few items in our furnace room for us to consider. Dial One Duct Cleaning came to our century home to clean and sanitize our ducts. We were so impressed with their service. They were respectful of our home, quick & efficient, and their prices were great! The sanitation aspect was important as we both have allergies, and not knowing the last time the ducts were cleaned, we wanted to make sure everything was clean for our new furnace installation. The house smelled great after they were done! The gentleman who came was friendly and easy to talk with, helping us with things in our home we didn't know about, as well as helpful tips for our new community. A++ service & price. Dial One was professional, dependable, and thorough. We initially called to request a quote for dryer vent cleaning and Joe took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. We ended up getting all of our air ducts cleaned and our dryer vent for a very reasonable amount. Josh was the name of the person who did the job and he was fantastic, explaining what he was doing and answering all of our questions. We would recommend Dial One to anyone in need of their services and will definitely be using them again in the future.

After I moved into my new townhome I got a voucher for these guys from my builder. Anyway they came and cleaned my ducts and managed to clear up a blockage in my daughter's bedroom. The guy was pretty quick, although he was quiet. No complaints.
