Talked to Joe on the phone about the process. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Booked the service. Will came out to do the work. He arrived on time. He was very thorough and explained as he worked cleaning out years of debris from former pet owners. Even gave me advice about furnace settings and humidifier. Thanks for the great service.

I had heard about "Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning" from somebody and I decided to call them. I booked an appointment, but unfortunately had to reschedule. Joe was happy to change it to any other date and accomodate me in any way. The guys came on time, did exeptional work, and I would recomend them to anyone. Furthermore, I was looking to change my furnace filter which is not a standard one you can buy in any hardwood store and Joe was there to help and suggest! Way to go!

I've had Joe's Dial One company cleaning my ducts for the last 3 years.Hes a top notch man to deal with in my books.Very easy to talk to,informative and stands by hes work and quote.Will and Josh are both good tech's,show up on time (and sometimes earlier to set up).They walk you through what they are going to do,very well spoken.They took the time to insure there equipment would not make a mess on my carpet.They also had numerous advice on reducing my heating cost and maximizing my performance of my system. I would definitely recommend them to everyone i know

Recently moved into a new home and was searching for someone to clean my ducts, came across this company and contacted them. Dealt with Joe to set things up, Joe is very nice and his price was great. Compared to my prior experience with duct cleaning the recent work by Joe stands out. His did a thorough job with attention to detail, taking time to explain aspects of the job. You will not be disappointed he does a comprehensive job for one simple price - i.e. clean the furnace, filters, a/c coil, etc. He also has the right equipment for the job - large truck with powerful equipment. He has earned repeat business at our household.
