John and his team did great work on our driveway repair. They were friendly and professional. Finished product looks great and they left our house cleaner than when they arrived. We would definitely recommend.

John came to our rescue once again when our air conditioner leaked and we had some repair work needed. He helped us out on a weekend too. His comittment to his customers and the excellent work done makes us call only him whenever we need work done in our our home! Top notch!!

The job was a small one - replacing two concrete steps behind the house - and the estimates from other contractors were ridiculous, probably because they didn't want to deal with such a small job. John said that he could easily do the work while the crew was waiting for the concrete to dry at a nearby location. His workers demolished the existing steps one day and built new ones the next. The work was beautifully done. John came by later to verify that it was done to his (and my) satisfaction. I highly recommend John Dilullo

The team which consisted of Bryan and Jason worked very well together and I was impressed with Bryans' attention to detail. The cold room looked horrific and in three days they turned it around. Thanks men!

John is a meticulous contractor who is not satisfied until the job is completed perfectly. His expectations were higher than mine and he met his very high standards. The job was completed on time and within the agreed upon budget. He was a pleasure to work with.

I had Dilullo restoration complete a brick replacement for the pillar in the front of my house. They were reasonable - in fact very good in their pricing for the job. I found them to be respectful in the manner in which they shared information about the work that would be involved and did not pressure me to accept their service. The workmen were great - again very personable and focused on the job at hand. In addition they maintained a clean work environment and ensured that the area was clean at the end of each day and left the front porch spotless. I would definitely contact them again for work !!

We would like to thank John and his crew for doing an amazing job for us. We needed the carpets on our patio removed and complete it with a concrete finish. This job was very tricky as the glue left behind by the carpet needed to be removed by grinding. John’s crew were very careful. They did not damage my plants or my new windows. We plan to call John and his team when we need similar jobs and we certainly do recommend them.

I didn't know who to call for this kind of work, friends of ours just had parging done on their house & were very satisfied. Called John up said he would be in the neighbourhood that day & drop by have a look & he did, I was impressed. They started the job following week had done in a few days, took a little longer due to the weather. John & Jason (funny guy) did a great job, cleaned up just like I would, very professional, honest & friendly. Definetely recommend.
