John provided a written quote and stood by the price. He did the work as it was quoted and completed the project on time. His professionalism is very reassuring. His crew worked quickly and cleanly and took care to leave the space as they found it. I would absolutely hire John for future projects.

I wanted to waterproof my foundation, but knew I also needed some foundation repairs, so I wanted to hire somebody with experience who could deal with any issues that might come up beyond basic water-proofing. John's quote was reasonable, and his knowledge was good. He was on site during the initial dig of the job, and accessible during the duration of the work, and checked in on his crew's work at every stage along the way. His crew was punctual, polite and clean. They were respectful of the neighbors, they worked continually and finished the job early.

We had 3 quotes re waterproofing one corner of our basement. John's recommendations were more practical and less disruptive than the other 2 proposals we received. John's expertise in masonry as well as waterproofing, meant that he was also able to restore part of a stone wall which had to be dismantled to gain access to the foundation. Both of the other companies we spoke with, said it would be our responsible to restore any affected finishes/structures at our own expense. We appreciated John's directness. He is a conscientious and trustworthy professional whom I would certainly recommend.

We hired John and his team to replace the parging on the side of our house and tuckpointing. I called and received a site visit the same day..amazing customer service! John went over every detail and started the work within a week. He and his team were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We also had them replace shingles on the side of the house that had been missing for quite sometime. They were able to match the color exactly. If you are looking to hire a contractor: John and his team are the ones. We have a few other projects to tackle and we will most defintely be calling Dilullo Restoration.

I highly recommend Dilullo for your home restoration work. John and his crew did a very good job at our house. They repaired the concrete porch and two brick posts. The cost was fair and reasonable. They were always punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job was finished on time. Overall, we are very pleased with their work.

John is very knowledgeable,professional and we appreciated all of his advice on restoring the bricks on our home. His crew was efficient,friendly and did an absolutely fantastic job. This is the second time we hired Dilullo Restoration, this time to fix and replace brickwork and pour concrete around a new back door that was larger than the previous one. The work was done within days of calling John Dilullo and at reasonable cost and considerable care. The site was cleaned up each day and the job is professional and really nice to look at as well. When I decided to change the doors of the garage, John was helpful in giving me some direction on types of doors that would fit my vintage-looking garage. This project evolved into a bigger project and John was able to facilitate each new aspect. Dilullo Restoration 'promised' and delivered on deadline, making sure there were no 'surprises' along the way. Great resources and very professional.

John and his team did some brickwork and tuckpointing on my home this past fall and did a fabulous job. John kept me apprised of the work at each phase of the project. His team was both professional and courteous and always ensured the work area was clean at the end of the day.
