We valued John’s attention to detail, ability to foresee potential issues, overall excellent risk management and communication. Compared to other quotes that completely turned us off, with a modest budget, John completely transformed our backyard. It was designed to enable future phases but for immediate demands of a young family, he was able to articulate the vision of the yard. Using an iterative approach, we collaborated on suggestions with ease throughout the project. Removal effort was substantial, including decades of accumulated fencing, concrete, asphalt and stonework, as well as an old car. The entire space was excavated. John designed and built a significant amount of fencing while working around notable neighbourly constraints. He improved the safety of existing decking, finishing the fencing with a stylish gate. The yard came to life with new sod. John’s connections to quality trade people is impressive, and this stood out throughout the entire project. With the partnership we feel we’ve developed with John, we look forward to future projects planned.

John and his team came to assess a leak in our basement. They proceeded to investigate and treat the area of concern saved a lot of the extra costs of doing the entire north wall. The job was completed on schedule and finished with a bonus of a window well which will help in the future.We will hire John for interior work now that the basement is ready!

John was great very helpfull in making suggedtions. He was always there with his crew. Answered all questions and kept us informed all the way. Prices were reasonable for stucco and waterproofing . Will reccomend and use again .

We hired John and his team to waterproof our basement foundation. I was extremely impressed with their work. They were professional, punctual, neat and very detail oriented. John treated our house as if it was his own. We were expecting the crew to apply two coats of the sealant, but John wasn't satisfied after two coats (because the brick was so absorbent), so he went above and beyond and applied a third coat to the entire exterior. When the job was complete, the crew put everything back exactly as they found it and they cleaned up perfectly. A few days later, John dropped off an album with numerous photos that he had taken of the entire process. Overall, John and his team exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend him and his team and will certainly use them again for future work around our house.

John, the owner of Dilullo Restoration, have been doing major projects for me since 2008. In March 2014, he and his staff did an amazing water proofing of my building foundation. John does what he said he will do and you can count him, because he does not disappears after the job. He goes beyond & over to please his customer. John is proactive, has staff that know their work & they leave the job site clean.

This was the third job we hired John and his crew to do at our home. We have been very satisfied with the work performed. John and his crew are very friendly and communicated well throughout the Reno process. This is the second project that I have had Dilullo Restoration contracted to do for me; the first being waterproofing of my foundation last summer. This was a basement renovation which included a complete overhaul of a bathroom. John's crew was a pleasure to have and their attention to detail was outstanding. Any challenges or questions I had were addressed immediately. John took pictures of the work's progress and encouraged me observe every aspect of the reno. We had a short length of foundation wall repaired last month and the Dilullo guys did a great job. The wall had freeze-thaw damage (being 100+ years old) and was letting in bit of moisture. John's crew stuck to their cost estimate and finished on time - what more could you want. The work involved repairing a part of the foundation, pouring a wall to cap the deteriorated area, and waterproofing. They also sealed some small crack with a rubber compound. John gave a courtesy call after a storm to check in on the work - nice follow-up from a fellow who really care about his work.
