Jason Quintilian is an excellent technician. He is very thorough, pleasant and explains himself very well. When I call to make my appointment I always ensure that I ask for him. I have confidence in him when working on my appliances.

Prompt , friendly service. My latest technician caught an issue with my flame sensor and stayed at it til he could get to the part to repair it. The part was difficult to get to. His persistence fixed a problem I've been having with getting consistent heat in my home for the past 3 years! I have a monthly plan I pay for that covers a lot of the cost of my utility maitenance and parts for repair. Well worth it for the piece of mind.....

My old water heater died on me and they were able to come the next day to replace my old one with a newer model. Shaun and Sergio were punctual, friendly, clean and informative.

The Furnace Technician was David Cook. He arrived very promptly and was very professional and polite. I am disabled and Mr Cook was very understanding and didn't mind having to come up and downstairs to adjust the thermostat for me. After he was finished he turned off the lights in the basement to save me the trouble. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so nice and understanding.

This individual was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. In addition, Grant was friendly, patient and provided excellent customer service. Should I encounter any future issues with my furnace I know Mr. Harris would provide excellent customer service.

Your plumber Massino T. just left my home he was very helpful, polite and he worked very quickly and efficiently to fix all the plumbing issues. Your company should hire more service men like him A real gentleman. I was very happy with his work and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Thanks

Nicholas came to our home yesterday and did a fantastic job. He was very polite, knowledgeable and answered our questions in language we could understand. He was considerate of our home and made sure he put those booties on every time he reentered. He also showed us how to keep our AC clean and free from debris which we never have thought to do and then proceeded to clean it himself. He also left us information on items he told us about. All in all it was one of the best service calls we have ever had and we have had many over the years. I also spoke to his manager who was equally as helpful and polite. Good for you Enercare for having such great service people!

Great service from the technicians. They explained every step. Was on time and received call ahead. However the back office could use some customer service training. I had to call back 2 times to get an appointment booked because of small misunderstanding. but again the technician are great.

On Enercare maintenance plan, requested service for the fall. David Lewis showed up early on agreed upon schedule slot and provided excellent service. Answered all my questions, very knowlegable, and friendly. Provided care and usage tips for the future. I highly recommend this technician.
