    Replace Furnace and Air Conditioner

    I just had my furnace and air conditioner unit replaced. Vince and Steve were pleasant to deal with and they did a wonderful job installing the new units. They very knowledgeable about their work that they had to do. I appreciated that Vince and Steve put down a protective cover over the flooring so that nothing got damaged and they swept and left the work area very clean.

    Hot Water Tank replacement

    We noticed our rental hot water tank had stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I called Enercare, and the agent I spoke to was very courteous and knowledgeable. She arranged for an appointment for the next morning. After setting up the appointment, I shopped around looking for a better deal. I didn't one. Their prices were very competitive and with their buyout options are very flexible. I concluded that leaving the rental in place with the service plan it included was best for me. Peter and Denis arrived well within their time frame and finished the job professionally, quickly and cleanly. Thanks, guys - well done!

    The Rudest Employees Ever

    I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. When it was time to have my air conditioning cleaned, the guy looked at it, and just told me I needed a new one. He did not tell me what was wrong with it (it actually was not broken according to the second company I called) and then the guy started to use unorthodox pressure tactics to sell me a furnace ... yes, a furnace. I finally told him to leave my house and proceeded to cancel my air conditioning plan a few days later. I was charged out for the remainder of the year. If that was not bad enough, they charged me twice. When I called to point out their error, I went through to one customer service person who gave me a case ID number and then transferred me to another person. It took 28 minutes for that person to pick up and when he did, he was exceptionally rude. He proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know why I had been transferred and when I mentioned the amount of time I wasn on hold he said “look, there are only 7 of us out of 9.” It went downhill from there. The conversation ended by him telling me that he will fwd this to yet another person, when it is clear I have been double billed. I have never in my life dealt with such rude people - from the air conditioning service person right down to the person I called to help me with the double billing. I would not recommend this company at all.

    Air Conditioner maintenance

    I use Enercare for yearly air conditioner maintenance, the technician Mohinderpal Singh called before he arrived and was prompt. Mr. Singh answered my questions and did a very thorough job cleaning the AC unit and checking other aspects of the system. If possible, I will ask for him again next year.

    Do NOT Use this Company

    I had an Enercare plan. I booked an appointment for my air conditioning. The guy came, told me it was broken (and not why) and then tried to pressure me into buying a new one. I was so disgusted with his selling tactics that I cancelled my plan. When I cancelled my plan, I was billed out for the rest of the year (no where did they tell me that in the contract) - I was billed for June to the following May. I then cancelled my heating plan and they did the same thing. They billed me out for the rest of the year.

    Repair toilet in master bathroom

    Contacted Enercare since toilet would not flush. Service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired toilet and the charge would have been $288 for parts, labour and assessment, it did not cost me anything as it was covered under my Home Service Plan.

    Amazing Customer Service

    My water heater broke down and had to be replaced. The person who came to replace and install the new water heater was Harpreet Cill. He was very polite and professional when talking to him. He installed the new water heater very quick too, it was evident that he was well experienced with his job.

    Harry Patel (technician)

    Technician did a excellent job, he was very polite and professional, he explained the problem of my tank very detail and help me order the new water tank very quickly. I am very satisfied.

    Maintenance

    I bought a maintenance package for my ac, fireplace, plumbing and furnace. Danny is the reason I gave Enercare a 10. He is extremely thorough, explains what he is doing and why and isvvery friendly! You are lucky to have him.

    Hot water tank repair

    Rude customer service From customer service supervisor Eli need to replace hot water tank no hot water for 4 days and no one returns your phone call install manager rob Donald was suppose to call back and did not call back
