I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. When it was time to have my air conditioning cleaned, the guy looked at it, and just told me I needed a new one. He did not tell me what was wrong with it (it actually was not broken according to the second company I called) and then the guy started to use unorthodox pressure tactics to sell me a furnace ... yes, a furnace. I finally told him to leave my house and proceeded to cancel my air conditioning plan a few days later. I was charged out for the remainder of the year. If that was not bad enough, they charged me twice. When I called to point out their error, I went through to one customer service person who gave me a case ID number and then transferred me to another person. It took 28 minutes for that person to pick up and when he did, he was exceptionally rude. He proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know why I had been transferred and when I mentioned the amount of time I wasn on hold he said “look, there are only 7 of us out of 9.” It went downhill from there. The conversation ended by him telling me that he will fwd this to yet another person, when it is clear I have been double billed.
I have never in my life dealt with such rude people - from the air conditioning service person right down to the person I called to help me with the double billing.
I would not recommend this company at all.
