Don't rent anything from Enercare. The fine print in the contract has terrible termination charges. I terminated a rented waterheater to move to a tankless model in a home renovation. They will make you buy-out their rental for the full cost and then won't come get their waterheater back - so you also have to pay for disposal. You pay way more for the rental charges AND if you want to change later they make you purchase it at full price. I would have been way better to purchase the waterheater upfront. They changed our contact in 2006 when the last rental started to leak - I didn't read it closely enough at the time - don't make my mistake!

We had our semi annual maintenance for our furnace winter time check. The technician was courteous, friendly and clean. He explained the details and importance of maintaining a well kept furnace to ensure that our home is being heated at the best capacity. He was amazing at explaining it in layman's terms as not to confuse anyone. I highly recommend enersource, they are solid company that have been around for many years and you can certainly trust them. We did not pay for the service because we have extended warranty however if we did pay the price would have been $109.99

The service was excellent and Craig the tech did not quite until the source of the problem was found. The furnace issue was difficult to diagnose and our enercare plan covered all parts and labour over several visits

HI THERE I HAD TWO TECHNICIANS HERE TO DAY JEREMY AND MICHELLE. They were very nice, they explained everything they had to do and got on with their work in a very professional manner. They removed the old water heater they had to reinstall some pipes, and install the new heater. They worked efficiently and professionally and were extremely pleasant and very nice to deal with. Professional & prompt service. Always on time with polite & helpful servicemen. Highly recommended. We have always used Enercare and have never been disappointed. They phone before each appointment to ensure the arranged time is still convenient & then arrive quickly to clean & inspect the furnace & air conditioner. They sent a report via email which details everything you need to know about your own heating & cooling equipment & what they have discovered during the service appointment. Terrific company !

On a Sunday morning. I realized we didn't have any hot water. I called Enercare and the company immediately booked a technician. Waseem was very knowledgeable, professional and fast. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes, and shared ideas to better maintain the boiler. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Salesman and installer were friendly and professional. But, both failed to inform that my Carrier compo is incompatible with my wi-fi theremostate. Now, I have to take the extra cost of replacing my wi-fi theremostate to enjoy the same power saving and convenience that I used to have.

Circa 1983 furnace with Protection coverage since the 1980's. Consider coverage insurance. Options presented to me from repair to new. Enercare was able to get me parts for this older furnace. Called center at 11 am and repair was completed by 11 pm. Repair crew professional and called me when 20 mins away. Because of my plan, it cost me zero dollars. Great service.

Problem in hot water running. Called Enercare and the CSR immediately understood to urgency and immediately booked a technician on priority. Technician was knowledgeable and professional; fixed the problem immediately.
