    New furnace

    Very professional and responsive to problems, furnace died and new one running about 48 hours later. Sales person presented options clearly and answered all questions. Very impressed with entire company start to finish.

    Furnace installation

    Gerry S and James M. arrived on time to install my furnace. The job was great and done professionally. All cosmetic work looked great. Both workers were very polite and informed me completely about the installation. I am glad to be an enercare customer.

    Annual Maintenance

    Technician Ross was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a very fantastic job. I have seen many techs performed this annual maintenance but Ross was very thorough and did a great job. I believe he took ownership and proud of his job. Kudos Ross and big thank you.

    Install new furnace

    The installers called 20 minutes before they arrived, came in and set to work immediately. Each member of the team seemed to know exactly what his job was and stayed out of the house when others were working. They cleaned up very well after themselves. Overall i am very happy.

    Furnace Maintenance

    I had a scheduled furnace maintenance on Nov 8th. The tech, Mariscio came early and waited until I got home to review the maintenance observations even though he had already advised my wife. Mariscio went out of his way to contact Customer Service to arrange duct cleaning at the end of appointment. He provided simple tips that I could do myself to improve energy efficiency. He also showed me faulty work that was done by previous duct cleaners. Very professional and great customer service.

    PLUMBING

    We had a problem with a faucet that was leaking inside a wall. This caused a lot of damaged. We managed to stop the leak and make repairs. Jason our plumber from Enercare was able to change the taps and check our other taps just to ensure everything else was okay. He was able to replace and repair all taps to ensure that we don't have this problem again. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. You have a great employee there. He's a keeper! Thanks Jason.

    Broken Furnace Fixed The Same Day!

    My elderly parents had there furnace break down. We called Enercare where they helped to have us set up a Heating Plus Protection Plan & to have a technician sent over the same day. The technician was able to quickly determine what the problem was and to replace the broken part (for a well discounted price because of the plan) within minutes. Now that is service!

    furnace repair

    Big Thank you to enercare tech Rauf H who has impressed me with excellent, fast service and proffesional way of handling difficult mulfunction of our furnace . It took him less than 24 hours to detect problem, order the new part and fix the furnace just before the first frost.

    New water heater installation

    They were more than willing, to install the water heater as soon as possible. The installers were very competent, courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

    Furnace Service

    From first contact, to the Technician [ Sean ] calling ahead to tell us his expected arrival time . Introducing himself at the door , putting on his shoe covers . Completing the work in a professional manner , then giving us a reassuring furnace condition report , we were extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish . Jim Russell
