    Excellent service!

    Excellent experience, service provided by Marius K the technician. He was very thorough, processional and knowledgeable. He provided us with useful hints too! Keep up the good work!!! I will definitely recommend this company ENERCARE! They stick to their words...Customer service comes first! and actually cares!!! and finally "A CANADIAN COMPANY!!!" signed the McLaughlin

    Furnace /AC

    usually the annual service shall be done before cold weather for furnace and AC before summer starts. but when you ask for the required maintenance they make excuse to come and maintain the utilities at the right time but refer you to middle of winter or middle of summer to visit even for repair i faced the issued while the utilities are under warranty .

    Furnace maintenance

    Annual maintenance performed by Calum. He was on time, and called in advance. Courteous, friendly and informative. Thorough cleaning and inspection. Very professional. Would recommend his services to everyone. Thank-you.

    Furnace, airconditioner and hot water tank

    Steve and John were great. Found a gas leak. Had enbridge come out to fix it and gave us extra tips. Thank you Cathy, Steve and John. Would recommend them to anyone. My wife and I are extremely happy.

    Worst Repair Service

    Worst experience having my furnace repaired. I called for service as the furnace stopped working. The first service call was scheduled for the evening of Saturday October 28. The diagnosis was a new blower was required and the earliest it could be scheduled was after the weekend. The next visit was scheduled for Wednesday November 1st (5 days without heat). That's when the problems started. First, they didn't have my correct contact information even though I signed up for a protection plan. The technician couldn't reach me that he was there. I had to call the call center and they told me the technician was present. I rushed over and the technician informed me the original diagnosis was incorrect and the blower was not required. A different part had to be ordered and new appointment set up. It was set up for Thursday November 2 (6 days without heat). The problems continued. The appointment time was changed by Enercare without consulting me. Then, when i got to the property, the technician was there but the part hadn't arrived. Now the appointment has been rescheduled to this evening and I'm still waiting for the part to arrive. I have serious doubts the heat will be on this evening. Going to be cancelling all my protection plans with this dysfunctional company.

    Furnace Maintenance

    The service Tech. Vinoth T. was knowledgeable, professional and was informative about the service he was performing. This is probably his 3rd visit to my house and always feel confident that the work is done right. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement Due to Pressure Drop

    The hot water pressure dropped significantly within the house which then required a replacement on the rental tank. The cost noted above was just to remove and reinstall the furnace ductwork due to how cramped the water heater location was. Totally satisfied with the service call from Enercare on this. The technicians took the time to tell me exactly what was going to happen and kept me in the loop every step of the way. None of my questions were intrusive for them and I found them to be extremely friendly and outgoing to deal with. This was actually a pretty easy service call from a customer point of view.

    Furnace maintenance.

    The service representative was knowledgeable and kind. He was very professional and was informative about the service he was performing. He was respectful of the fact that I also had a dog and he wasn’t bothered by it. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism.

    New Water Heater

    Hot water heater was leaking and we contacted our provider and they sent someone out and it was decided that it needed to be replaced and so that came today Nov. 1 and replaced it.

    Service to Water Heater

    Required service on my newly installed water heater on October 30, 2017. I was very fortunate to get fantastic service from Joe D'Onofrio. He was personable, humble, professional and very efficient. I felt reassured and confident that this was a job well done. I think he is a great asset to Enercare and would give him 10 out of 10. If ever I need service in the future, I hope I get Joe to do it.
