    A/C Repair

    Wasim is the great guy who helped us twice already. During his last visit, he quickly identified defective part and fixed our A/C. Also, phone agents are very patient and friendly.

    bathroom shower

    Mr.Henry is a good and very helpful tech. Thank for his generosity. He told me what are covered and not covered in my contract with enercare. He is a very smart guy.

    air conditioning check up

    had a service person come and check the air conditioning, he was very professional, answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips on how to maintain the unit; the service person's name is Shankar K (sorry if I got it wrong)

    Plumbing and drainage maintenance contract

    Our laundry tubs were clogged. I called to make an appointment for the next day when I would be off. I was given a 4 hour window, between 10 & 2. A plumber named Brett called at 11:15 to say he would be here in 10 minutes. Brett arrived and introduced himself, asked about the problem , and got right to work. He was very respectful of our home, insisting on wearing booties over his shoes, even though I said it wasn't necessary. Brett cleared the drain for the laundry tub, then came upstairs to the kitchen sink to make sure they were draining properly as well, as they are somehow connected and he wanted to make sure we didn't have any further problems. It was a bit slower than he liked, so he set about fixing that issue. Job was complete with in 30 minutes. We were extremely pleased with the service that we received and would highly recommend this maintenance package. What would have cost us 278.00 was totally covered. And to Enercare....Brett was an excellent representative of your company! He was polite, respectful, extremely efficient and very helpful when I asked him questions about a few other things. he is definitely an asset to your company.

    Air Conditioning Servicing - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY

    Called for an appt May 24, 2017 for yearly maintenance on A/C. Confirmed on day of appt (June 20) By Noon no show.!!!! The dispatcher errored. Another week to get an appointment. Not prepared to assist in correcting error. Don't waste your time or money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ....... STAY AWAY!! Will spend my money more wisely next year....

    air cond units replacement

    air cond units installed by eric and carter , we were extremely pleased by their work /clean - quick - on time - no mess / explained every step ... Darren was very knowledgeable about what to purchase thanks to all involved

    Enercare Rental Hot water heater

    I do not have hot water for last three days. My wife called enercare customer service, they told her the heater needs to be replaced and someone will come tomorrow. The technician ( Sindu) arrived . The technician was so rude and in hurry. we both took off from work. The technician told me that I need to rip off my deck or cut drywall to replace the vent pipe. he demanded $129+tax to cut a small piece of drywall. I requested him that i can remove the dry wall piece in minutes and meanwhile he can bring the water heater in. The guy said he cannot wait not even 5 minutes and he left.My wife was whole day with the customer service and they told her that next appointment will be on Friday. what a horrible service we have . we pay rental fee every month and don't deserve this kind of service. I don't have hot water since Tuesday and have to wait till Friday to get it fixed. I am totally fed up with the response from Erercare. when asked for a supervisor . the rep told us that they donot have supervisor . what a shame !! I have never experienced such a bad response from direct energy.

    Enercare Water Heater Rental

    I had water leak from my water heater rental tank on Monday. I called up and was initially told someone will come to fix it on the same day. But later it was told the technician will come on next day. But in reality the technician came after 1 week (following Monday). This is not acceptable for an emergency situation like this because it was told enercare provides service within 24 hours. I'm planning to cancel the rental with enercare.

    Excellent service

    I recently replaced my airconditioning and furnace. I found the technicians who came to install were fantastic. The were knowledgeable, curtious and very professional. They completed the install in about 5 hours and left my basement spotless.

    A/C repairs

    The repairs done by Alireza were outstanding. This guy really knows his stuff. He is diligent and patient and will get the work done right. Ask for him by name, otherwise ... well, good luck. The booking staff tend to get things mixed up and don't look closely at their records, so make sure you ask for Alireza and you won't go wrong.
