    Furnace service.

    Really happy I signed up for the Enercare maintenance program. Just one call to arrange for service. A professional technician showed up on time and did about 45 min worth of work. He even had a replacement motor with him saving a second call. Cost me nothing. Was worth more than what I paid monthly.

    Furnace and AC install

    The salesman was running a little late but had the courtesy to call me a let me know whichly I greatly appreciated.The installers were right on time.The installers were very professional.They explained everything to me and all my questions were answered in a manner which I could understand.They did the work in the scheduled time and actually left the work area in better shape than when they started.Would recommend enercare to anyone

    Garbage Greedy Couldn't-Care About the Little Guy Company

    Enercare water heater leaked damaging precious items, they asked me to get quotes for repalcement which i had to run around doing. Once I provided the quotes they made me do more digging, harassed those businesses I went to get quotes from and offered me $100 compensation for $2800 of damages. When I complained they basically said take or or leave it. No breakdown of what the settlement was for nothing. I urge anyone who has been duped or wronged by this company to contact me for a class action lawsuit. In the mean time I will be taking them to small claims court and suggest everyone does as well.

    Duct Cleaning

    A very pleasant & satisfying experience from the time I booked the appointment to the time the job was completed. The technician arrived promptly as sceduled. He was very courteous & professional. He explained the entire process to me & was very respectful to my home. He did the job & put back every thing in place before he left. He was also very kind to give me all possible discounts on the bill. A pleasure doing business with Enercare.

    Cleaning the fireplace

    I always receive prompt courteous service when I call Enercare. They try to accommodate my preferred time slots, and technicians call in advance and always arrive within the given time frame. They are pleasant and careful to respect my home, wearing coverings on their shoes . They are knowledgeable and complete the necessary work quickly and efficiently.

    WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT

    Our expensive and owned high efficiency gas water heater gave up the ghost at a time when we had other financial priorities. It only took one phone call to arrange for replacement the following day at a reasonable monthly rental cost, rather than purchase and installation at over $1800. The crew was in and out in barely over an hour, overcoming several installation challenges effortlessly and polite and respectful of our property throughout. Great and painless job!

    New hot water tank

    Customer service over the phone was very good. The installers were excellent and cleaned everything up after the install. Very happy with the service. It took a little over one hour to swap out the old tank.

    Tankless install

    Great service. Installers were very professional. I am having the basement finished soon and the installers were able to maximize the space/area for a bathroom to fit in the nearby corner were the tankless unit was installed. Great job, attention to detail!

    Cancellation of service

    There is no pro-rated option for cancelling the service as you are liable for the balance of a year's contract. We are moving from a house to an apartment in May and I learned I will have to pay the balance of approximately $300.00 for a service I can't use. This is ridiculous.

    Furnance and Air Conditioner Installation

    Leo and Anthony arrived promptly, cooperated well with the energy auditor, put down floor protectors and worked very hard all day to get rid of the old equipment and the installation done. They explained what they had done and taught me how to program the new thermostat. And they carefully removed all the debris from the yard and laneway. All I had to do was sweep where the protectors had been. They were unfailing pleasant to have around.
