We received same day service for our hot wanted tank. Representative was courteous, professional and very pleasant. We received a call from representative letting us know he was on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes. We were advised we would have hot water in 45 minutes. Booking the call on the phone was effortless.

Our air conditioner is down for 3 weeks They send unprofessional people to fix everyone comes to fix saying a different reason not fixed yet and we are living with no air conditioning at this hot weather

Kevin and Matt they were great doing the installation very friendly and professional and knowledgeable, definitely I recommend these guys getting in your Home to make any type of Jobs that you needed.

I recently got a Furnace from Enercare and having issues with them since I received my first Invoice. Pros. The technician KELSI that came to Install my Furnance was an excellent and knowledgable guy and I had one plumbing service from David and he was amazing as well. Cons. Customer service at call centers is very dissappointing and billing is a big issue, I was offered 4 months of free service and did not get my credit, I am following up with customer service and they offered me 6-month credit for the inconvenience, case was approved and I received an email confirming that, but I still haven't received my credit. I called to book a technician as water is leaking from the furnace, after waiting for repeated holds from the agent, he still couldn't figure out what I was calling about, I finally got a technician and found out that they sent the wrong technician and now I will have to rebook. I tried to send them an email and hoping to get a better response by email, lets see.

My elderly mother was contacted by Enercare saying they needed someone to come out to do maintenance on her furnace. Someone came in to do service then left. Because of the hot weather (she also has elderly dogs) went to turn on her A/C and it did not work (nothing on the furnace is working) She called enercare to explain the the situation and that she needed someone to come out to fix it. They said we don't have someone today we can get someone there tomorrow and the have a lot of ppl calling in because their A/C is not working. My mother tried to explain that there was nothing wrong with her furnace before they had someone come out to do the "maintenance " when she asked to speak with the manager the guy hung up on her. I work with customers on a regular basis and I would never hang up on someone especially because the reason of their call was because Enercate screwed up. This is not acceptable obviously the person who came out was not trained properly. This is disgusting that she (my mother) who is elderly needs her A/C and should take priority considering this is Enercares screw up. Worst company and customer service.

After being with enercare for 7 years and paying them $3,500 for the rent, they still want $1,400 to buy out the water heater while a brand new one plus installation would never cost more than $2000. I wish I had never done such a financial mistake.

Wanted to change Mt 5 year old water heater to a owner purchased unit. Enercare charges more to remove it than cost of new one. Forcing owners to pay $25.55 plus tax per month.
